Had a good experience here today. Ordered the 2 for 6 deal from the mobile app in the parking lot, pulled around after paying on my phone, and got my food very quickly. Food, of course, tasted like fast food, but the service, app, and price were all satisfactory. If you need a quick bite to eat, not the worst place you could go.
Fries undercooked. Burger tasted like someone stepped on it. No water or ketchup available in the lobby. They neglected to give me my frosty so I had to go back and ask for it. The food was so bad I couldn't eat it. Employees acted like they hated their job. I won't be back to this Wendy's ever again.
The 2 guys at the drive thru made my day! Incredibly fun amd entertaining, sang my order to me and joked around with me. Meanwhile, were also very fast and exact with my order amd change! Wish I'd grabbed the singing guys name to brag on him, but the other guy inside was really nice too!
Literally waited over 10 minutes with two people in the drive thru just for no one to come over the mic. This happened at 2pm on a Saturday. I even looked at the camera and honked but nothing. Not worth the wasted time
The manager wouldn’t give his name over the phone but he left my daughter in tears with his terrible customer service. A bunch of clumped together cold fries
Food was good but staff attitude was bad. The whole crew was rude. May need to go to the Crossover store if you want to get treated like a paying customer who has options.
The manager working at 12:30 on 8/10 should be fired. order place at 12:15 and I decided I wanted something else so I placed another order right after. I got the first bag and waited and waited and then asked where the other order was. Manager didn’t even know what was going on, and he had thrown the ticket away so I was then given my other bag 20 minutes after my first. Was never offered a remake or even told sorry my the manager. Will be going elsewhere for lunch now
