This new crew that is in there now is so polite and goes the extra mile. The 2 people that went out their way for me and my two were Jonetta and Angela. These two were patient and got out food out fast and fresh and didn't complain when we made special requests. They even recommended a different way to get what we were wanting for cheaper. I recommended this establishment over any over Wendy's because these 2 ladies were perfect. Thank you again, Angela, and Jonetta!!!!
I ended up not ordering and leaving. When I walked in there was a customer complaining but I thought she may have been over reacting and soon realizedshe was not over reacting. There was 6 people that I could see standing around. I left when I witness two employees handed off the drive-thru customer's bag of food off to another and say you take this to the drive-thru and she handed to someone else and then that person turned and called to someone in the back and say can you hand this out to the drive-thru.
Would not recommend this Wendy’s for nothing placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, had to wait forever and there wasn’t even no one there once I got my mobile order back home the chicken was so hard on our chicken sandwiches We could not even eat it. It looked like it was old and stale.
Went to the one at the mall today to get lunch! Placed my order in drive thru Small Chili, Chocolate Frosty, Cheese burger and the 4 pc BUFFALO Nuggets with Ranch. Pulled to the window grabbed it and pulled up a little to check my order because it always is at this location!!!! Go figure, they gave me plain wings. When i took my order inside and said they was not buffalo she said i though you said spicy...no where near the same sound!!!!!!!! she was going to charge me 1.00 more so i turned around and walked out, go to work to eat my order and they are plain chicken nugget's not even spicy and no dipping sauce (ranch). Also go extra pickles on my burger no extra pickles!!! no spoon for my boss ladies frosty or straw. i've been trying to call the store since i left to talk with a manager but no one will answer the phone!
Oof just absolutely abysmal service. We had a mobile order which, they didn’t even start until I went to the front to tell them we were waiting. Then after waiting over 25 mins we were given the wrong food and told they were out of items we ordered. They were busy I’ll give them that but it still doesn’t excuse the horrible service and extremely long wait times. It’s a fast food place after all. Would not recommend or come back.
I went through the drive thru and I had to repeat myself 5 times and they didn't even get my order right. The server also had a disrespectful tone. I would recommend going to another area if you want good service, with a smile.
Update...it is a shame that customer service does not bother reading reviews, maybe if they did they could fix the issues and not lose customers.

This is STORE 00001988, 1515 East Dixie Drive in Asheboro, NC, according to the receipt. The employee taking orders at the drive-thru was totally rude and obnoxious. We were trying to order a Dave's Single Burger and a Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap and an order of their Seasoned Potatoes, not knowing they are only served at Breakfast. The Employee proceeds to be condescending and obnoxious with the way he handled our screw up. We pulled up to the window and after we payed he was still muttering about it.
We got our order minus the potatoes and left. I called the place once, the phone rang at least 8 times and someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone. I called right back and someone answered after the 3rd ring, I asked to talk to the Manager and he said he was the manager so I proceeded to tell him about the issue we had...he hesitated ( I thought he had actually hung up), then he says and I quote " Sorry for the rudeness " and immediately hung up on me. To make matters worse the Burger was stone cold.
I sincerely hope that someone from Corporate gets in contact with me as I think something should be done about the way this Employee talks to people and the fact that the Manager hangs up on people when he doesn't like what is being said.
I would definitely tell people to not bother going to this Wendy's at all.
Wanted to try the new berry frosty and when I got it the picture is what I got. I asked the lady what's this? She said yeah it's your frosty. I replied with really that's it? She then responded with a long pause and said yep and closed the window. I figured they just don't want people to come back. I hope their marketing department gets their money back that they waisted to only have bad employees tank their sales.
