Got a small chili, was going to get a large but the prices were way higher than last time I was there. Chili had two chunks of hamburger, not even broke up. I know they use leftover hamburgers from the day or day before. I used to work there when I was 15. Tons of two different beans. Skin on beans unable to chew. I should have taken a picture but I was hungry and not my thing usually. Very disappointed. Wendy's Westside.
Place was very busy in drive thru but I went in. There was a group of 6 people in front of us. Cashier knocked em out quick and food was great
I used to love their chili! Was meaty ands thick with a delicious tomato chili flavor. Today it tasted like a watered down can odd beans. Only tiny particles of hamburger, no flavor, and all beans. Was like opening a can of beans…. Not like chili.

Nothing to really complain about here. Dining room is kept pretty clean and the food is hot, fresh, and tasty. It was really fast considering it was lunch rush when I went.
Went in about 11:30 and the guy at the counter was awesome. Respectful and kind. Had my food ready as i was finishing my order. On top of all that the food was super fresh. Got job to everyone on shift.
Staff especially the manager needs training in customer service. The manager on 08/25/24 at 7:00PM didn't exchange my hello and rushed the food out to me. She didn't even say have a great day and slammed the window on me. If you can't handle a customer service job then don't work one.
I have been a type two diabetic forward about fifteen years now and I have been ordering my burgers without a bun for ten years plus. I'm tonight July 13th at 10 minutes after 11 PM
. I ordered my Dave's Burger without a bun. And this was by far the best presentation I have ever had from Wendy's. Whoever made my order should train every employee for wendy's worldwide. I hope it will let me post pictures
Thanks guys. Fast food is poison but if you gotta eat it, Wendy's is a solid choice and this store is always clean. A+
