When I went in the store, it seemed like the AC wasn’t working because there was smoke throughout the store. I waited first in line and had not a single person come to take my order, I can see the employees doing nothing but prioritizing the drive thru orders, some employees doing nothing but standing there laughing to eachother and talking. I have never experienced this before from any fast food establishment
I go to this Wendy’s all the time. They are fast and courteous. Food is always hot when I pick it up. I use the app and often find great deals there also.
You know, eating a fresh patty from Wendy's really gives you an idea of how much better it is than other fast food joints. I like it much better than McD, that's for sure. This particular location is pretty nice. Modern furniture and feels clean. It's a pretty old location, too, so they've taken pretty good care of it and made nice updates. If you haven't gotten their app yet, you should think about getting it. Some pretty good deals to be had on the app.
Not a big fan of Wendy's but it was okay, kinda small burger maybe but the restaurant was clean and staff polite
Sometimes the neighborhood is a little rough and it gets loud and people start asking you for money. Other times it's empty and you can relax. The staff is nice and you know they don't get paid enough to deal with the craziness.
Tables are dirty. Store is not busy but no employees are minding the dining area. Order sandwiches without items or specific items on them and they come out wrong. They all need to be retrained and observed to make sure they are doing the right job.
Shame on the franchise owner and manager for making employees work with no A/C. Those fans are not doing anything. I felt bad for the staff sweating while cooking. I was planning on dining inside but after I felt all the heat I decided not to. Food quality has gone down hill. Save your restaurant and take care of your employees
Y’all gave me the wrong order. Smh and I’m not than positive it was because both drive thru employees had AirPods on. What kind of bs is that. Then the dude taking my order kept saying anything else anything else. This is not customer service perhaps put him on the line or someone else
