I would give it a zero!!!!!
My recent experience at this Wendy's was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the visit was marred by issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, the service was abysmal. The workers seemed disinterested and were outright rude. It took an eternity just to place my order, as the staff appeared more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. When I finally managed to place my order, the workers seemed annoyed and impatient, which set a negative tone for the entire visit.
The food itself was another major letdown. Not only was it served cold, but it also took an unreasonably long time to prepare. (35 minutes) I would have walked out if it weren’t for them keeping my receipt that said I paid for my food. It seemed as though the workers were more concerned with avoiding work rather than ensuring the food was prepared promptly and properly. The lack of care in preparing the food was evident, and it significantly detracted from the dining experience.
Additionally, the atmosphere was unpleasant due to the overall laziness of the workers. Tables were left dirty, and there was a general sense of disorganization throughout the restaurant. It was clear that the management was not maintaining standards of cleanliness or efficiency, which further contributed to the negative experience.
Overall, my visit to Wendy's in Toledo, Ohio, was marked by terrible service, cold food, and an atmosphere that left much to be desired. I would strongly advise against dining there until significant improvements are made in customer service, food quality, and overall management of the establishment.
Most amazing food and service that I've gotten in awhile especially in toledo ohio... I thank everyone on the Sunday shift from the deepest part of my heart and wanna say keep up the amazing work... everyone was so friendly and they were too quick even giving me fresh food I'm flabbergasted at how amazing this Wendy's is and definitely will be coming back alot more for lunch!! Definitely one of the cleanest fast food places I've seen in awhile as well thank you!!
The staff is the slowest in town. You routinely wait 15 to 20min. 1 customer at a time at 1 window and the place is busy. Why they don't open the cash window Escapes Me.
This isn't my usual Wendy's location but it was on my way home so I decided to stop. I ordered through the app which means I'd already paid. I'd forgotten how slow their drive-thru is. They move at a snail's pace. Just to get two items I pre-ordered and paid for on their app I sat in that drive-thru for 15 minutes. This has been my experience with their drove through whenever they have more than 2 or 3 cars in line. With other apps I can change my method of pickup once I get there but there's no option for that in their app. Never use their drive-thru unless you're ready to sit and wait a long time.
An edit to my original post. I ended up sitting in line for about 20 minutes before I made it to the speaker. I told him I had a mobile order and he said to pull up. He didn't say anything at the speaker about them being out of baked potatoes. He waited until I got to the window to tell me that. I hate their fries. I had no intention of getting those. So I just asked for the nuggets that were part of the order and figured I'd get stuck eating the cost. They only had spicy nuggets. They didn't have any regular nuggets prepared. I had to pull up and wait another 5 minutes for them to cook more nuggets. Even though I don't stop here often, this is not the first time I've had problems like this at this location. I will never use this Wendy's location again!
Something wrong is going on in this store. I ordered ahead on line. When I arrived , there were no customers in front of me or behind me. The greeter/order taker was not at her station. I had to call "Hello!" a time or two to get her attention. I told her that I had a mobile order and then pulled to the second window as she directed.
After waiting a few minutes , the next lady told me to pully car ahead and wait. Still there were no cars behind me or ahead of me. Now I waited ten minutes, yes ten minutes, so I backed up my car to the window. The lady had the bag with food and said that she was just going to take it to me.
When I politely said, "What took so long?" she stuck her nose up in the air and turned her back on me.
Is the problem with the cook?
The other staff? I suggest stopping at a different Wendy's if you need food.
The old white man has an attitude like dude get a new job don't be miserable and make everyone else temporarily annoyed, he hot mad because he wasn't allowing me to finish my order kept asking “ anything else… *sign* anything else” gets mad when I get to the window I ask for it fresh, throws it away with to much attitude just old sassy and rude.
If you’re craving Wendy’s this is the best location in town. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff especially the lovely cashier. You know fast food these days and how hit or miss it can be but these guys are consistently on. Top Teir!
Every time I go here, and I do mean every time. My food is messed up, old, or sumthin is wrong. Well this time I only wanted a bake potato with extra bacon and chives.. and look what I received. Not to mention the line was wrapped around the building, so I waited 12 minutes for this bull. Tried calling for about 20 minutes before I left this review... Irritating
