Some of the worst customer service in the area. Morning manager seems angry, maybe at life??? I enjoy breakfast from Wendy's, as the menu is different than the norm. I will not waste my energy dealing with this location, and I recommend you not wasting your's either.
Ok here me out. This place gets a lot of hate for valid reasons. Dirty interior and chaotic employee induced vibes around the kitchen area when I visited, but I had some of the best double stacks I’ve had from a Wendy’s today.
Sure one was initially missing from the bag, but after getting that addressed, the food was warm and fresh. They must have just made my fries, and my two double stacks were great. Large fresh patties, topped well with condiments and onion/pickle. Maybe I got lucky ????????♂️ but I’ll think of them again when I want a quick burger.
I ate a couple fries before pulling off and they were stale. People mess up, and it was only half of my fries so I didn’t care really. But then I got home and I only had 7 of the 10 nuggets I ordered ????????♂️
My order was a mobile order with multiple nuggets and fries. I was missing a whole 10 piece nugget. The sauces I asked for were not in the bag, i returned to ask for them before I even realized the nuggets were missing and was told “If I bagged it, the sauces are there. They are on the bottom.” Okay, maybe I somehow missed them despite my whole bag being thrown together with all items out of their containers and mixed in the bag. I came back in with the bags with no sauces, she proceeds to say in the most condescending voice she can muster “No need to apologize, I bagged them and know they are in there.” Okay. She proceeds to shake my bags and search for the sauces that are not there then says “Oh. They’re not in there.” Throws 3 sauces in my bag for 5 orders of nuggets, and then only gave me 4 orders and the wrong sauces. Worst experience I’ve had in food service in a long time, and that’s coming from a food service worker.
The food itself is fine for the most part, but I really think this location deserves an award for some of the slowest service possible. I am genuinely surprised how it takes 28 minutes for a Jr cheeseburger and 1 dollar chicken sandwich. [Every time I got it's at least a 15-minute wait. & I'm talking about pre-order, too. Alos got the wrong orders too**] I have given up with this location. Go elsewhere.
My fries were missing, my sauces were missing and I'm not at work with half my meal and no dipping sauce.. they don't answer the phone either. Stopped coming to this location bc it's always something, your Better off driving to another location.
I stopped there for 2 frosty’s at 10:45 pm on a Tuesday night. 20 mins to get order in the drive thru line. It’s almost as if they don’t want to be there. They could only process one order at a time. Two people taking out the trash at 1/2 speed. If you have 6 cars in the drive thru line, service your customers the garbage can wait. Wendy shut this place down….25 mins still haven’t move closer to getting my order. Dave Thomas is rolling over I. His grave. When I got to the window it was 18.40?????2 frosty’s,,,ummm what a mess…
If you want to witness the decadence in fast food restaurants, you must come to this one. I can't believe how the lady at the counter didn't care about customer service. She's been on her phone all the time. Food was OK but the place is also kind of dirty.
