I’m sick and tired with this location not only is it always a long wait to get your food (pre ordered by the way and no line) they forgot my drink and I ordered saucy nuggets and I received dry spicy nuggets not their saucy nuggets. Then their fries are always old,cold, and taste off. Do not eat at this location it should be completely restaffed. Wendy’s corporate needs to shut this location down. It’s the worse Wendy’s I ever been too.
Although it was over $11 for a chicken salad, the lettuce was crispy and fresh, chicken and all other ingredients were good and they added the extra cheese as requested (and paid for). Large serving also
Tried the Sausage and egg English muffin sandwich they are promoting for 3 dollars that comes with potatoes. Potatoes were nice. The English muffin was greasy and tasteless. The service was so bad the cashier said a couple of my cards didn’t work and used the 3rd one. Right after it I went to Starbucks I used the first card it worked and the second card in an eatery for lunch it worked there too
Food was not good at all, like cheap and stale. Employee id kinda rude
really rude manager! item ordered on the app was not available in store and instead of giving a refund, the manager just said to handle it in the app and walked away.
My favorite thing to order from Wendy’s is their Apple Pecan Chicken salad. Red & green apples, blue cheese crumbles, dried cranberries, roasted pecans, and grilled chicken. Served with pomegranate vinaigrette. The location is in a busy area, so going there for lunch is sometimes a challenge.
I gave this location 2 stars because the employees need to be friendlier to customers and not avoid them. My daughter had gone to the front to ask for ranch, but they just avoided her until after 5 minuets of waiting I stepped up and ask for some assistance. They saw her and just ignored her, and that bothered me.
It is 6/24 I go to Wendy’s and this new person understands NOTHING!! I asked for spicy nuggets and get regular nuggets. I asked for a bourbon bacon burger and he didn’t ask single double or triple, which they usually do. Train your people better!! Unhappy with my meal tonight
The gentlethem working the window tonight was so friendly, fast and nice. They made our night with their bright personality. The food was fresh, fast and delicious. This is our favorite Wendy's shop now. Thanks for being so fantastic at what you do. You are amazing!
