Absolutely terrible. Argued with me at the drivethru about what I ordered because they couldn't be bothered to do a good job or correct their mistake. All the bread was stale. The chicken was dry and overcooked. They put almost no sauce on the sandwich. May as well have eaten a cardboard box. Disgusting. Bathroom was sickening.
Placed a mobile order around 5 minutes before I got to the store, and all I ordered was two regular sausage biscuits and a drink. Well, I got my drink right away, and then had to wait over 10 minutes for my food? In the time I was waiting for my food they filled three other orders at the window… I was the only one in line when I pulled up and continues to be the only one for atleast half that time. I had a baby in the car with me and I had an appointment, hence why I placed the mobile order. Ended up being late to my appointment, luckily they still agreed to take me. Wendys needs to update their mobile order system or something because it should NOT have taken that long
They only got a star because the fries were hot. However, if I was working for the health department I would have shut them down TODAY. My bacon cheeseburger sandwich was ice cold and the cheese will reflect that in the pictures ???? apparently they threw some shredded cheese on a cold sandwich and served it. Another example of the owners not staying on top of their business ???? I would be ashamed to take someone's hard earned money and serve them anything ????????♀️
Stopped in for lunch and Nadine was working the counter. What a joyful person!!!! She was so friendly and engaging and determined to make sure everyone got exactly what they wanted, how they wanted it. She brightened my entire day and I could see that was true for everyone else that came in. Nadine is an absolute treasure to your business and to this world in general! What a blessing to have interacted with her!!!
Open until 1 a.m but yet their system is always "down" around midnight. When it isn't, very rarely, order usually isn't correct and horrible attitudes from most employees. Not many options after midnight When getting off work and need food or I probably wouldn't even go.
9/8/23: ordered baked potato, cheeseburger kid's meal and chili cheese fries but got fries, chicken nugget kid's meal and cheese fries. Went back around and waited at the window to be told that they were out of baked potatoes and that's why we got fries and at first were told couldn't get a cheeseburger because they were closing early but then other woman said she would get the burger. Ended up with a refund for the potato.
Very, very slow service. Placed order online, The mobile app said the order was ready. Went to restaurant to wait 20 mins for the order. Lobby was closed, only 1 car in the drive-thru. When I got my food, the order was incorrect.

Dead flies everywhere
Cashier coughed in her hand while bagging our food
Food was not made all the way we had two chicken blts and they had no bacon on them or tomato, and received a chicken sandwich but with no patty.
