Waited in line 20 minutes to place an order with only two people ahead of us and many behind us. Placed our order and upon asking my husband his name for the order he had to spell it three times…his name is Dave..lol..Waited another 10 minutes for food only to have it wrong and not complete. Seems alot of workers are concentrated on drive through and fry guy on his phone could be of more assistance. Manager didn’t come to help at counter inside until the line got around 6 people deep after us. When I went back to ask for the remainder of our order they said they forgot to make it so waited for it to be prepared another 5 minutes. We ate in the dining room and left at 7:30. We noticed people were trying to get in the doors to the dining room, but it had been locked and a note put on the door that the dining room was closed with only drive-through available. Now We understand there’s often delay training new people, but the management seems to be the biggest problem here. Cannot consider this particular location Fast food, by any means. We’ll be going elsewhere.
Food was good. I ordered two of the Biggie bags as always. The atmosphere and service needs work. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated. All I eat is Wendy’s and customer service is always up to par not tonight. I watched him hand my drinks and food out for free to the men who were in line behind me. After refusing me service because I had to walk through drive thru. I am a truck driver. The lobby was already closed for the night. The man at the register advised me that in order for to get service I needed to bring my semi truck through the line.
40 min wait inside still no service like this is absolutely ridiculous. Don't even bother going to this Wendy's. Rude managers when asked what the hold up is line out the door. Looking for the number for the franchise owner. This is absolutely ridiculous.
The food was fresh and delicious but spent 40 mins in drive thru. Stopped on a road trip took a lot of time. I know everyone is short staffed and I try to be understanding of that so I have a 3 for that instead of less. ????
This is one of the most unorganized restaurants I've ever been in. Every order is screwed up and none of the employees have a clue what's going. This place is a trainwreck.
How hard is to place sauces in a bag. Especially when you order several orders of nuggets. Do better for yourself and your customers!
Wendy’s always has the best fries. But NOT at the Chestnut Street location in Washington. Our fries were barely warm and stale. The spicy chicken nuggets were cold.
I got a #9 breakfast meal with a frosty vanilla coffee. The food was not hot. The coffee had no frosty in the bottom. The manager handed ne my food btw.
