Ordered a Dave’s Number 1 (beef burger) and back at the hotel I had to find out they gave me a chicken burger. You had one task.. Also the Soda Machine broken. Because the lady was quite nice however, 2 Stars
Used to be decent, but has gone severely downhill. Have stopped twice in the last month and both times the food was inaccurate and definitely not fresh. This last time, I mentioned to the cashier that the carbonation was out in the soda dispenser and when she let the manager know I heard the manager loudly proclaiming she did not care and it was low priority. Staff was not rude to me during our interaction, but they certainly do not care. The fuel station this is located in is also terrible. Common greyhound stop and definitely not large enough to accommodate that quantity of people. Avoid if possible.
I was recently on vacation and needed gas it was a great stop. I ordered a Dave's triple combo The food and service was excellent . It took a little bit to get my food but , it was super busy a bus had stopped. The manager was super cool and helped out her crew like a boss and got them through it and she was super friendly. one bad thing is the bathroom it was thrashed but the bathroom is in the gas station next door so probably not the restaurants fault. all in all I will stop again.
Quick and friendly service. Freshest spicy chicken sandwich, fries and nuggets we've had in a long time. Would 100% stop here again if we were passing through. Would have taken pics but we devoured every delicious morsel far too quickly. I know it's just fast food but hit the spot perfectly.
Caitlyn and malay are really going above and beyond on breakfast shift. I keep having numerous issues with the same staff member every single time I come in and haven't been able to voice the issues and concerns I've had until today. They actually listened and made corrections as needed. There's just one cashier in particular ruins my Wendy's experience every time. And it's because she does not listen. I ask her questions and she literally answers me incorrectly. And then lies about it. Unnacceptable The food is always wonderful though. The cooks are amazing.i love this location, love the Wendy's brand, and will continue to eat here. However I would recommend fixing the app so I can avoid ruining the very beginning of my day and just order food myself . Removing my possible negative experience with the same cashier.
Stopped here in the middle of nowhere in Trinidad. Huge line as it was Friday (start of the long Labor Day Weekend). That wasn't the issue. Restaurant was filthy, tables hadn't been cleaned, staff was so unfriendly and their drink machine was Out Of Order. I believe the soda machine was put out of order purposely so the crowds wouldn't fill up their own bottles, refills, etc... Anyway, won't be stopping there again.
Just pulled up and ordered a $5 biggie bag. The young women with the pink hair running the drive through was exceptionally polite even though I pulled up less than 30 minutes before close. Everything tasted freshly made. I wasn’t expecting much because I understood the team was getting ready to close but I was hungry and had no where else to get food in town. My fries didn’t have salt or this meal would’ve been a 10 out of 10 but still 5 star service. Thanks Wendy’s team!
The restaurant was dirty and had slow service. There was trash on the floor, and drinks spilled on counters and floors. I had to clean the table just to sit down and eat.
