I am in the field a lot for my job. On days when I am out this way, I stop here. The staff are friendly and professional. Service is great. The branch is well managed and employees seem to have great work ethic which in this day and age seems to be in short supply no matter where you go or what you do. I've never had a bad experience here.
My food was all made completely wrong

Chat Support doesn't work (waited 2 hrs with the app open until my phone almost died)
Tried calling the contact support number and it just beeps.
Tried calling the store a couple of times but nobody answered
Not sure what im supposed to do in this situation / I honestly probably have more of an issue with the way Wendys deals with customer support than with the way my food was made.

Waited in line 45 min after ordering to get two cooled biggie bags. Think they would be fresh after waiting that long. They looked like a bunch of chicken's running around with the heads cut off. Not rocket science.
Placed an order for delivery and it has taken over an hour for the food to even be given to my driver, I’m not sure what they are doing in there but at 1am there is no way that there is so much business that it takes over an hour to prepare an order. It is unacceptable.
I am a big fan of Wendy's as a whole, but absolutely not this location. I have given them several chances, but they always disappoint. It is by far the worst Wendy's in the area. Either they take too long to not be called fast food anymore, or the service is bad. Today I ordered a baconator combo, and got an attitude over the intercom. Then when I finally got my food, my fries were just thrown into the bag. My baconator was also completely missing a burger patty.
They don’t do there job here most of them wasn’t even inside when we came through the drive through. They was in a car most likely smoking. So unprofessional cus when we finally got to order they took like 10 minutes to take the order cus they was talking the entire time just trolling. That’s not even all bro they told us when we first came through the drive through to come back 5-10 minutes cus of “shift change” ain’t never heard of that but turns out it was cus most of them was in a car outside smoking or smth. so unprofessional bro, if you want wendy’s don’t go to this spot cus this not the only time this be every time lowkey
WORST DAMN WENDYS IN OHIO!
I dont know why I even waste my time with them.
I told them I'm allergic to mayo, told them that, but yet both of my burgers were covered in mayo! Didnt realize until I got home the 2nd time(had to drive back bc I bought a large pop due to them having peelies on them) I didnt want or need a pop due to having some at home, but I wanted the chance to win something big!
So I had gone back to get my cup. Was told the promo hadn't started yet even tho their website said it started days ago. I called corporate to see if it was live or not and it is. So I have now bought a pop that I dont want. Was never given my frosty I paid for and they messed both my burgers up. NEVER unhappy Specially seen that I've already put a call into corporate 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything back.
I wasn't making 3 trips to Wendy's for them to finally get my order right. After you couldn't fix it the 2nd time I was done and was just dealing with corporate at the moment
Oh and I asked for ketchup, none in bag. They gave me bbq and I am not a fan.
Dont ever go to this location. The wait time is here is horrible and they ALWAYS get your order wrong. The last time I came here they gave me someone else's order and I had to drive back up there yo get my order.
Went to this location after the one on Lorain court was "closed" at 12am when online it states "open till 1am" (reviewed on that one aswell). Ordered here instead, for my mom . As I'm making my order, the girl taking the order asks me to repeat the same things multiple times. Finished and the order wasn't read back to me .

Didn't get a straw for the drink . Asked without pickles or tomato, had tomato on a #1 . I also, unbeknownst to me, I was paying for another item that I never told her . Didn't know until I got home . My mom got to eat 2 sandwiches instead of one, so ig that's fine.
One of the 3, 4pc nuggets I got, BBQ. The container wasn't closed completely and was spilling in the bag the whole time ????????♀️ .
I'm glad I don't eat out anymore (rare these days) . Waste of money and time for the most part . 1/10
