Fries and nuggets were ice cold. Additionally, this Wendy's consistently has some of the WORST customer service I've seen in my entire life. The drive-through greeting is typically, "What do you want?" Don't bother going.

I did wanted to taste the chicken Mac. It was delicious. So McDonald's did it again. I guess I have to go away from my area to get the krabby patty.
We just had dinner at the Wendys in Aston. PA. Never a disappointment at this location. They are always friendly, food on hot & fresh and dining area clean. Today Hana took our order. She was very friendly and had a nice attitude. She was very patient and if she was annoyed with our multiple transactions, she didn't show it at all. The team cooked our food as requested and everything was hot & fresh. We went back up for dessert and Sonjae took our order. She was also very pleasant. Great job to management for hiring good people. The entire staff was awesome. We live in Delaware and will go out of the way (including passing another Wendys location) to go to this location because of the service, quality of food and cleanliness of the dining room

I’ve had good experiences at this Wendy’s. I appreciate that they have fish sandwiches and I love a frosty now and then. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are okay. The drive thru is pretty quick and I’ve never had an order be wrong thankfully. I like that you can substitute chili for fries.
I ordered two sandwiches. Literally the main thing Wendy's makes. They pulled me up further and had me wait about 20 minutes (while serving others) before I went in to get a refund. How do you not have two sandwiches, but everything else!? An employee also slammed the door as I left.

A lot of trash near the drive thru entrance and they didn't have the salad that I wanted but the Drive-thru employee was nice
I mean, for fast food, it's OK. It's usually hot and edible. But there's always something wrong with it. Whether it be veggies when I asked no veggies or its just in messy shape.
This was a terrible experience. Drive thru person has no manners and definitely no customer service skill.
