Best WLM Reviews
Food was made fresh and was at a perfect temperature. The service was fast as the staff could make it, which was appreciated, as I was passing through travel wise and headed out of town and wanted to eat before getting to the Interstate to Dallas.
I'm glad that Wendy's has survived in this location, with everything in Tyler changing and pushing South, it's nice to see some places holding the Middle to Northern side of Tyler down for those of us that like good food, and don't want to go far to experience it.
The manager was VERY rude and the the meat looks so nasty im disgusted and they rushed the food nothing was fresh DONT COME HERE !!
We were looking for something to eat. All of the better restaurants are closed due to it being Sunday. So we opted for Wendy's. The burgers were fresh the fries were nice and piping hot the drinks were really good for it to be a fountain drink. If I'm in Tyler again I will make sure I come by and visit this location
This is usually my favorite Wendy's. For the most part I've always been given a five-star experience at least through the drive-thru and in the morning. On this occasion the staff seem to be disoriented didn't seem to work well together The cashier was not wearing a name tag and was very rude to the customer before me. She was not rude to me but she wasn't pleasant either. Well I was filling up my soda at the machine someone was banging on the door next to the drive-thru and the soda machine. I let that person in they did not say thank you they seemed they might be the manager but they were also not wearing a name badge. If this was my first visit here it would probably be my last, it seems the folks who are working today which is November 26th at 1:30 do not wish to work here or they're having a very bad day. I hope it gets better because this is usually one of my favorite places to go and by far the fastest drive-thru in town. I didn't give the food a five-star mainly because the experience made me lose my appetite but the food is usually very good.
Went 3 times to make sure that it wasn't just me!!! The food is ALWAYS cold and seems a bit old!! Customer service is horrible!!! The rudest people that I've ever met at a Wendy's!!! It's truly sad how they are so "unfriendly" there!! Hop
e that this store gets some training on customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
We ordered the Chicken Bacon Asiago Burger Combo, and Chicken Nugget Combo. Burgers were not freshly made. They were cold but tasted okay. Fries were hot, though. The chocolate Frosty machine was broken, we were told, so we tried the Pumpkin Spice. It's not our flavor, but that is just our opinion.
The service is god awful. They talk to you like they’re bored on the phone. No soda available. Way too much sugar in the sweet tea. These employees do not care in the slightest.
The morning crew is on point with there orders and keeping everything moving. The afternoon shift is HORRIBLE and slow. No one works the drive thru half the time and it's ridiculous. They need to do better!
