Dave's Double was the worst I ever had. Dried up and nasty. Chicken nuggets were the same way. Fries ???? were nasty. The only good part of the whole meal was the Soda. I used to go to the place when we built the Mal. It was a good place to eat. But definitely not like that last night. Hope they improve. Because Wendy's is normally a good place to grab a quick meal.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff, especially the day chick that takes the orders at the drive thru window, is horribly rude. Can’t get the order right half the time and the people that work there look dirty and disgusting. I’ll drive to the one in Bloomsburg if I want Wendy’s but won’t be going to the one in Buckhorn again.
They got the order wrong. The person at the register was not very pleasant. The guy putting together the order was nice though.
My fiancé said her fry’s haven’t been cooked all the way. The floor inside the building looks like no one cleaned it in awhile. And we heard someone say that there was a puddle of mop water in one of the bathrooms
Closed before midnight and due to the lobby being closed I can't even get them to take my order.
I can't exactly pull my 18 wheeler around here for the drive through.
And would not take my order over the phone to pick up at the drive through.
Told me to walk across the highway to get food elsewhere at 11pm.
Worst customer service ever after walking from ta for dinner.
Everytime I go into that store. The store manager or whoever she is, is constantly yelling at the other employees. It's pretty embarrassing when you can't even come inside with your kidds cause she's literally screaming at them like they dont know anything. She is unprofessional, rude and is always telling employees ( they should look elsewhere for work ) it's a Wendys.. not a Olympic Metalist position. I submitted a formal complaint along with a few of the fellow patrons that were in the dining room when this occurred. Extremely unprofessional and no reason for that kind of treatment to anyone. If the jobs stressful and you have to resort to yelling at the top of your lungs like some animal maybe you should be a manger somewhere else.
Sold me a burger that wasn't fully cooked
The staff at the buckhorn in Bloomsburg pa are great , there's an older fella there with glasses that always asks me to do the survey that is always so polite saying if you take the survey it'll help out the location and help me out too. His politeness is always remarkable.
