I had a great meal, and even better service!! Bethel McDonald's is my favorite one by far. I have watched them work as a team, and do a good job!! I am in the restaurant at least 5 days a week, Multiple times a day. They are a great group!
I was told I’m no longer welcome at this location due to the restaurant forgetting half of my order. I got home with my food and realized they had forgetting 2/4 of my breakfast burritos, I called them to inform them of the mishap and was greeted very rudely and as if they already knew of this situation when I had called I was immediately told “you were only charged for two” that’s not the point of why I’m calling and when I tried to explain that further the woman on the phone (she refused to give me a name) proceeded to cuss at me and refused to listen then hung up on me. I called back just to ask for a name to report and was greeted by the same individual (who lied saying it wasn’t her, it was I had talked to her minutes prior to that) with the same rude energy and was ultimately told I was no longer welcome back at that location. I understand mistakes happen but there is NO excuse for that level of unprofessionalism. The only name I can go off of is Hailey listed on the receipt so if it wasn’t her and I’m complaining on the wrong person I apologize.
I came tonight January 2nd with my husband around 10:30pm. We both got a sandwich and a medium fry to share. We got home, this here is our “medium” fry to share. No there are no fries spilled at the bottom of the bag. I already got those and added them in. I tried calling 3 times. Somebody should make this right.
I don't expect a lot from fast food, but this was really something. I ordered extra pickles on my hamburger and got a cheeseburger with.... and I counted... 20 pickles. They put pickles under the burger, and on top of the burger. That's intentional. I ordered from a kiosk, they weren't busy I was the first one in line and they had like one car in the drive thru, so I don't know what I could have possibly done to deserve this pickle-wrath. When I order extra pickles its in the understanding I'll get maybe 4 pickles instead of just 2. Not 20!! Also they gave me a cheeseburger- that's fine, that happens all the time, but it just adds up with all the pickles. I didn't find out till I got home and by then my burger was cold and soggy from all the pickle juice. Just gross. On the off chance whatever employee pickle-bombed my sandwich did it thinking I would love a heap of pickles, I apologize for being such a Karen, but c'mon, who wants that many pickles??
Went though the drive though and got a baconator meal and a baconator sandwich it was almost 20 dollars and there was only 4 tiny pieces of bacon on each sandwich and you couldn’t even taste it. it was not worth that kind of money when you can go to Burger King and get a bacon cheese burger for less money and you can taste the bacon that’s pretty sad to call what we got a baconator
What made this visit even more exciting was the fact that they had brought back their spicy nuggets, which I had been missing since they were taken off the menu. The quick service and lack of attitude from the staff have always impressed me at this Wendy's location. They efficiently took my order and prepared my meal in a timely manner, making the entire experience enjoyable.
Not only was the service top-notch, but the food itself was also consistently fresh and delicious. The spicy nuggets I ordered were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing the right amount of heat that I was craving. Wendy's surpassed my expectations with their quality food and excellent service.
The drive thru was moving fast, and the food was hot and fresh but i ordered a bacon double stack plain and the piece of bacon that was on my burger waa half the size of a ketchup packet. absolutely embarrassing as i am gonna post a public pic about it. smh really thinking i shoulda just kept with my first choice to order food
I personally love this restaurant! Especially this one in Bethel, OH. Employees are professional and courteous and rarely mess up my order. Highly recommend
