The buns were hard, the burgers and nuggets were overcooked and cold, the lettuce was old and brown, and the fries were old, cold, and unequaled. It's almost as if they cooked everything ahead of time so they could chat instead of cooking fresh as needed.
Do yourselves a favor and find another Wendy's location to eat at. In fact, if you're looking for a good wendys, stay away from here and Hartwell. They are just as bad.
Lots of house flies throughout restaurant, including kitchen & ordering area. LOTS of flies. Staff was cool & obviously like family - the cook came out to fuss at the person taking orders that she (orderer) was confusing her (the cook) with too many orders. (There were 3 on the counter, plus about 5 blank trays.) Our party had 4 orders; only one got garbled, was missing the 'smamich', but they got it straight quickly enough. Overall, not a bad experience, but not one I want to repeat, nor will I. At least not here. ????
Every single time I go to this location at night, it never fails, my order was wrong. Last night I went and asked for a single cheeseburger and other items, and I get home and my cheeseburger was literally 4 patties and the bun. No use in complaining to the manager because they don’t fix anything. Can’t call customer service and expect something done due to that location being a franchise. Unfortunately, in this small town the late food selection sucks. I’m gonna stick to McDonalds.
She needs an attitude adjustment. She was disrespectful and snobbish. I ordered the honey chicken biscuit combo. How can you miss putting on the bottom of the biscuit. Her attitude sickened me. I just kept it and will never go back. It sucked.
My hamburger was cold, my french fries were cold, we ordered Frosty’s we received no spoons, we got no straws, and the woman at the front was very rude. She made us wait at the window for 10 minutes for that cold food she said” we’re cooking your food”
Very disappointed with food,service. Come to drive-thru the man at was rolling his eyes, acting like he didn't want to be there. When I got my food my ff where so nasty that I came back to get fresh ones. The food wad cold. I'm giving no stars, because one is to much.
Three times I’ve ordered a baconator from this location and received the incorrect order. Twice I have been given baconator fries, and once it was someone else’s order entirely. DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS STORE. Once is a mistake, twice is irritating. After three times I believe this might be a policy by management to intentionally stiff delivery customers out of their money
Stop by Wendy's on 5 Sept 2024 order 2 number 1s and 2 baconator fries....I was given 2 5 dollar baggies. Went inside told them that I had the wrong order. The lady told the ones preparing the food that my order was wrong....she repeated my order to them 3 times....I got home...my order was still wrong...I had one burger....one chicken but this time they got the fries right. The food is good...they need to pay more attention to details. My husband was ok with the chicken sandwich
