The only thing that was fresh was my spicy chicken sandwich because I went in. I definitely should’ve check all the food. Everything was old and cold as ever. Cheese was on one corner of my baconator fries. Definitely a no for me. I will not eat again
Definitely the best Wendy's I've been to. Foods always warm and crisp, and so far they've never gotten any of my orders wrong. Most of the staff is also very kind, which is rare at any place now it seems, so that goes a long way for any place in my book. Awesome location!
I had a very disappointing experience on 11/26/24 at 1:35pm. The service was poor, and the staff had an unhelpful attitude. My order was incorrect, and when I mentioned it, they acted as if I was being dishonest. Despite being the only car in the drive-thru, I felt rushed and overlooked. Additionally, I believe I was overcharged but did not receive a receipt to verify. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
Showed up at one wendy's on goodman at 11:30pm Placed my order want to pay for it. She had took the wrong order. Tried to make me pay for an extra item. I didn't want so I drove off, Then went to the second location on goodman roat eleven 11:35pm I tried to place an order And was told rudely that they were closed. I asked why when the sun says they don't close till. Midnight was rudely toed again We're closed. I asked for the manager she stated. She was the manager. I asked her her name had never heard another word from her!! These two Wendy's Needs to fire They're employees for their piss poor service
I have made 3 trips to this location over the past few months and on all visits the employees handing the food out went out of their way to avoid any acknowledgement that I existed. This is the worse customer service I have seen in a while. The drive through line had 4 cars in it and it took at least 15 minutes to go through. The food was also cold. I will never return.
first time trying wendy's in a while and i asked a for a dr pepper, was given root beer, asked for dr pepper again, sped ahh good balls gave me another root beer, how do you do ts twice, no wonder their parking lot was empty, Wendy K
Never gets my order right.. it's like no one knows how to read.. or they just don't care.. either is no good..
Ordered several items, grilled chicken sandwich was burnt, hard and dry. Said “large frosty” when ordering, got home with a vanilla frosty, up until this point in my life I didn’t even know a vanilla frosty existed. The rest of the food was good and fresh. For $4.79 I expect way more for a grilled chicken sandwich.
