The service has gone way downhill. Last time I was there, I entered the restaurant was standing alive for 5 minutes and not once did any of the staff even recognize me. I used to work in fast food and the restaurant business, and it just seems people have forgotten what it means to serve customers anymore. I understand there is a staffing shortage, but it is really simple to look up at somebody and say I'm sorry for the delay. We'll be with you in a second. But apparently it's too hard to do that.
Arrived during what I would consider dinner time and the only vehicle on the property was that of an employee! I walked inside to find no one ar the counter, no one in the kitchen and no one in the dining room!! I called out "hello...." and got no response. After waiting a few more seconds for a response, I left and just as I was backing my car from the parking spot, a male worker appeared inside!

I stopped in to pick up food and take it home.waiting on the birth of a grandchild.
I ordered baconator
Chicken ranch sandwich
Nuggets 10 PC
First of all 2 orders fries both cold greasy burnt not fit to eat. Baconator no bacon burned or old meat on sandwich. Chicken wrap was so hard around the edges wife could not eat it.
And last bit not least Chicken nuggets cold .after microwaving them they were ok. Two Carmel frosties I ordered were ok.
I paid 34.00 for this order .
After I tried the drive thru I could not see menu board the light were all out except one bulb. So I went inside.
This was a terrible experience all the way around for the money we spent we could have sat in a nice place an had hot food.
Somtjing is terribly wrong with this restraunt and need looking into . This is not the type Wendy's service were used to. If I wasn't at the hospital waiting on a baby to be born I would have returned it all for a refund.

First I waited forever to order no one in line because they was doing shift change which I have worked fast food and heard the manager tell the person behind me the same thing. Then they got my order wrong and had to add more to it which isn’t that big of a deal the gentleman was really friendly working the window. But what irritates me the most is I wait 10 minutes for food and it was dumped all over the bag I was missing two nuggets my chili wasn’t even barely half full and the beans were hard and it was cold In the nuggets I did get there was two in one one in another and two of them was just dumped everywhere it looked like my food was just thrown in never will I. Go here this was horrible $45 for nothing but food dumped in a bag that’s cold
Service was abysmal. Waited for 10 minutes before the person in front of us was able to start ordering, then the cashier walked away twice while they were trying to put their order in and pay. The whole place looked dingy, and there were flies flying around. Decided it was best to leave and go to a different Wendy's instead of risking eating the food there.
I was able to order quickly but it took 20 minutes for a baconator and fries which they didn't even male my burger correctly even though I was the only person ordering, they didn't take the cheese off, and didn't add pickle and lettuce! Didn't give me napkins and forgot mayo for my fries
Floor very dirty, came at near breakfast end but the tables were not wiped down, fries from the day before on floor, just not tidy/clean in general. Staff acted half asleep/out of it.
No ice in machine. No ketchup in condiments. Order was to eat in but bagged to go.
Food was ok (sandwich a bit dry) but cold by the time I got my drink & ketchup.
Out of all the Wendy’s in the Dayton area this is the most unprofessional one to date. No workers acknowledged me as I waited for more than 10 minutes. Workers were inappropriate with each other and language and overall I would not recommend this place to anyone to eat.
