This is usually my favorite Wendy's, but this visit I ordered unsalted fries, but was given salted fries. The cheeseburger was cold, even though I ate it promptly in the parking lot after picking it up. And the iced tea, which is usually fresh and delicious, tasted funny and artificial (which might be partly my fault, as when asked if I wanted unsweetened or sweetened iced tea, I asked if I could have 2/3 unsweetened and 1/3 sweetened iced tea, which is perhaps where the artificial flavor came from, although I wonder if they put diet iced tea in there).
The service was prompt and cordial enough, although I'm disappointed that they served salty fries and a cold cheeseburger.
The Biggie bag is awesome. Double stack, chicken nuggets, small fry, and drink. It's enough. There are other items you can choose this is just what I purchased. The food was fresh, service quick. It was nice. I don't eat a lot of fast food but this was good. Depending on which Biggie you choose the price varies from $6-7 or more.
The food comes hot, correct, and quickly. Wendy's has great burgers. My favorite is the son of a baconator. I have always loved the fries at another restaurant, but I would say Wendy's has much better fries, and they are even better dipped in a frosty. Good place when you want your food delicious, quick, and priced right for those on a budget.
Staff wasn't rude but you could tell they weren't excited to work there in a passive aggressive way. Food was soggy and texture was mushy. Taste was rather bland.
I ordered the krabby patty meal (a double) they give me a single. I go back through the drive through to tell them. They gave me a regular Dave’s double instead of the “krabby patty” it’s just a sauce. They put ketchup, mustard and mayo on it? It’s not hard to make it right. It’s the same burger just didn’t put the “krabby sauce” on it. Don’t do these special promos if you can’t do it right lol
Wendy's food was great, the price just right, and the service was speedy yet accurate. I was in line, ordered and got my food and left in under a minute. They were also nice and polite. They take serving you to the top of their expectations.
Took 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence inside. Then I was told "let me see who has the till"
That was employee 1
Then employee 2 comes over presses 20 buttons without saying anything. He then goes to grab a paper towel and says someone will be right with you.
3 more minutes later.....(with several employees standing around)
Employee 3 the Manager Ash comes over. Doesn't great me, doesn't say sorry for the wait. Goes straight to the p.o.s. presses 20 more buttons then with no transition very quietly says "what can I get you?"
Put in my order and it was done in about 60 seconds. See picture for the ridiculousness they served me.
This is a 3$ burger now? Standards down prices up.
Won't be coming back.
Tried the new honey butter chicken biscuit at this location, everything was very good. I think if the sandwich had a bit more sauce, it would get a 5 star rating. Potatoes were great.
