I used to go here almost every morning. I wanted to order the two for three, it was still on the menu. He said we don't have it anymore. It's finished. I said ok and left. I came back later and got a chili and some cookies. The cookies were great. The chili was terrible. Immediately upon opening it, my first sight was the giant cut up cheese burger right on top. So grabbed a plate and dumped it on to the plate. There was three cut up cheeseburgers with bun in my large chili. So I decided to Google it to see if the original recipe had cut up cheeseburgers and I didn't know. Yeah not so much. There's the option if you want to put it on there, but not cheeseburgers. So I started taking pictures. Yeah I want some answers!
i worked here myself for a max of two days and let me tell you why, this place was dirty, roaches , and the own employees would leave pee and toilet paper everywhere in the restrooms, nobody washes their hands or wears gloves , they scam people out their money , and ive seen a manager herself eat a burger over the burger station while making someone elses food, i didnt recieve any training or any break, i am a minor , this was my first job. i ordered food from here came back cold, completely wrong.. asked for pickles i got onions my chicken is so old.. or overcooked that its almost a blackish brown and completely dry. everything else such as fries and baconater fries came back cold. they have horrible waiting times and overall a terrible and dirty place.. i could keep going about the wrongs.
I like this Wendy's, but sometimes they can be a hit or a miss. I understand we have off days, but most days are very good when I get food. The staff are nice and they do their best to get your order ready so that you can get moving.
I know it’s only 1.29$ but I wanted to inform everyone that the free jr frosty is only free when u go inside. The drive-thru does not activate the free frosty. When your at the drive-thru it’s 1.29$. Not sure the logic behind that.
There are two teams at this location. One is phenomenal and the manager does his part and everything is fast paced for a “fast food” restaurant. The other is rude and unorganized. I waited 25 mins to place my order inside at the counter. The cashier kept vanishing. The manager just stood over the fry rack and watched. I watched 4 people get food prepped, fill fries, make food with no gloves, and the cashier when she did help did it after touching cash/coins never washed hands, never put gloves on. The dining area was disgusting and apparently had been that way for hours because it was semi dried on the floor.
I got 4 sandwiches 3 out of the 4 were messed up. I went back to get the sandwiches remade and fresh fries since they would be cold by time I could eat my sandwich. Shift manager Micheal never apologized. I told him thank you several times and he never said your welcome or anything. I should have checked the sandwiches before I left the second time but I didn’t. Well wouldn’t you know 2/3 were messed up so I called and the manager was very rude and told me to come back and we could look at them together. I get to the store and the shift manager Micheal says I watched my employee make the sandwiches and basically said I put the mayonnaise on the sandwich and took the bacon off the one. He offered a refund but all I wanted was the sandwiches made correctly. Then I hear him talking to his employee do you see this only this this and this on the sandwiches. Very rude, disrespectful, and not professional. I will definitely not be using this Wendy’s again. I will also call his manager and corporate tomorrow. I can not believe they would hire somebody like that.! I can’t imagine how he talks and treats his employees. Mario do better at selecting your “shift managers” because he definitely is not a good choice nor fit for the position. Oh not to mention he almost did not get the sandwich correct and almost put mayonnaise on the sandwich which was not supposed to have it on there ????????♀️????????♀️Not to mention my sandwich was cold ????????♀️????????♀️
Why doesn’t the meat fit the bread anymore?! And thinner than ever for almost $6 for just the sandwich. It had good flavor but not worth it. It was more of a snack. Service was okay. Not very friendly but I know its a difficult time so I get it. I applaud them for working. Will not return. Value not equal to price for me.
Not bad on friendless orders tend to be quick enough all of the food I've ordered has tasted really good the restaurant is clean looking and hardly ever packed plenty of room for dinning in
