I went through the drive thru to get my order and everything was fine until I got to the window. When the guy working opened the window, he clearly had an attitude and rudely handed me my food. When I asked for ketchup, he acted like it was an inconvenience and rudely dropped it in my hand and never said a word. It definitely seemed like he would have thrown me my order if he could. Management shouldn’t put workers like that at the window at all.
It's pretty much a Dave's single . But you can add more meat to it. It's a collaboration. Probabaly a gimmick to get your kids to try the "krabby patty" .
I used to be a Wendy's superfan. Nothing wrong with service. The two ladies I encountered where great. I walked into the restaurant and looked at the menu, and nothing looked appealing. The whole menu now looks, meh. So, I ordered my regular standby Dave's triple, which is now $9!! It pained me too much to spend anymore.
This is a repeat occurrence at this store not getting your order right. When you use the drive through by the time you find it’s wrong you’re already home. How can you screw up a cheese potato? They forget the cheese. I hate inconsistency and this store certainly has this problem.
Small Town Wendy's. Building looks a little dated but staff is super friendly, service is prompt. Location... They simply have a monopoly on location when it comes to Versailles Kentucky. I'm going to be honest that's a little unfair. When you first hit town it's right in the middle of everything.
As I said about McDonald's I will say about Wendy's. Today was my first day doing DoorDash, I was new and I knew nothing. The ladies that seem to run breakfast at this Wendy's went out of their way to look out for me and give me advice on certain customers and the like. They were very helpful and very personable.... just great all-around people.
I have lived in Lexington for the last 10-15 years... but I'm originally from Georgetown...
With that said, Lexington isn't like the smaller surrounding towns. The people aren't so kind to strangers there. It may just be expected in these towns, but as someone who's living in Lexington so long I can tell you this is not the norm you find in that place. All I can do is respect it and appreciate it and thank all of you and your fine town for the help.
I love it here they always give you the food warm there customer service is a little slow sometimes but the food is great my kids love it. Thank you Wendy's .
We went to this location after 9:30pm or so and the staff were on it! The line moved quickly and the food was hot and fresh.
Wendy's was the perfect stop for lunch as we traveled. They have many options to please about anyone, including kids. Ordering for our large group was quick and easy. Our order was correct, and we all enjoyed our various food selections. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The employees were pleasant and helpful with ordering questions. We always enjoy our visits to Wendy's!
