Salad was NOT good. The greens were nice enough, but the chicken was dry, hard, and had obviously been cooked for a LONG time; it had an old taste. Other toppings on the salad were stingy. My salad had 1 decent piece of apple and about 3 little cubes. The blue cheese was soggy and too moist. This had been the case with a salad I got about a month ago, and I was hoping that it was just a fluke. So, I decided to give Wendy's another chance, and unfortunately it seems that the turn for the worst is permanent. I won't be going back.
The food is okay, yet in drive through the burgers are cold. They must have been sitting there for awhile ????.
Though the price is wonderful. $6.00 gets me a double burger ????, small fries ????, 4 chicken nuggets ????, and a small soda ????. Though by the time I make it home, I'm only 1 mile away, I have to put everything into the toaster oven.

Usually short handed and an average of 10 min wait if only 1 car in front of you. Workers are always nice and I am patient as I understand being understaffed. Things like wrong drink or soda machine not being changed out so if you get your drink the syrup was out...like tonight. I was so sad and frustrated to get a drink that was colored water with carbonation.
The last three times I've went was around 6 pm. The drive through wasn't budging ( last time there were only three cars in line) waited for twenty minutes. Decided to go inside and order. Doors locked. Not going back again. No excuse for that. If they don't have enough workers they should just close. Don't have people waiting when you really don't intend to serve them
This Wendy's has dine-in again. What a simple joy to sit down with the ones you love and share a simple meal. We ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with large fries...a decadent and rare treat that was absolutely fresh and delicious. We shared a chocolate Frosty a soda fountain Doctor Pepper to wash down the perfect meal. The employees are especially friendly and helpful. Perhaps they too are excited to interact with real human beings again--face to face. The particular competence and respect weilded by the shift manager was pervasive in every aspect of the operation. Everything was spotlessly clean. Service was fast and efficient and was in conjunction with a large drive through crowd. We also were pleased to notice that the philanthropic legacy of the founder lives on in support for adoptive agencies.
Worst food blue ridge! . All the food was old!!! Some fries weren't even cooked. It's raw ,everything was cold.. nuggets weren't normal Wendy's nuggets different taste, flatter, and over cooked. Tomato old. Lettuce was rotten. If I could get it no stars, I would!!
Call me petty, but look at these sad $7 order of fries. Gotta be kidding me. Grab something else, this place ain't it.
I was picking up an online order. The dining room was closed. We went through the drive thru and the person at the speaker was rude and condescending. She retaliated by making me wait until all the cars in front of me left.
No excuse could ever justify this treatment.
