Waited 45 minutes for one crabby patty meal for my nephew.
I asked for a toy with the meal and they told me it’s not a kids meal? Also the store was practically empty. Finally the kid didn’t like the burger I’d call it a (shabby patty)

If you want to wait forever to get your order placed, go to the swindies.If you want luke, warm food go to this Wendy's. Employees are nice, food is less than good. Burger was passable for typical reheated fast food (on the low end of acceptable), but the fries were so stale and cold they must have been sitting around for hours before serving.
Went to wendy’s around 8pm on 1/8/24. 2 biggie bags, 1 4 for $4 & Two extra sandwiches. They served me a raw cheeseburger, I had no idea that I was eating raw meat, Had the bedroom light off an only our tv on wanted a quick meal because we were out all day, Started to smell something really funny turned on the late an there it was raw meat. As of 1/9/24 I am currently throwing up, so I’m assuming I have food poisoning, My fiance wasn’t feeling good also after he ate.
I'm changing to 1 star because when I came back today the lady named "Lisbeth" was the rudest and most bitter person I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Literally nobody was safe from her wrath. I watched her insult the people in front of me in line for almost ten minutes.
I will never spend a dime here again, and it's 100% because of her.

I came in using the app, I made a mistake and applied the wrong coupon - 100% my mistake and they still fixed it and went out of their way to get me my food even though I was the one who made the misorder. Absolutely amazing service. Super friendly staff, definitely will be a returning
I'm always satisfied with the quality and speed at this location. The only frustrating part is ordering at the drive-through menu. The speaker obscures half my view of the menu while ordering. Also, the drive-through location is close to the highway so I often find myself having to yell my order.
Workers were extremely rude here! It wasnt just one thing that made this place trash. Fries were cold soggy and wet from the oil like they took them out way to early. Spicy chicken sandwich was cold bread was fuked like it was stepped on Chicken of course had a hair, Drinks had almost no ice its summer please stop stiffing customers with ice!! Never going here again its just trash Do better management.
Ordered a baconator and received a wrapped bun and trash in my bag. Made a drive-through order around 7 am on April 1st. I guess workers are playing a not so funny, april fools joke. Didn't notice until I was home
