Stopped at the drive thru of this Wendy's to get my daughter a kids meal. That's all we bought. They rushed us out of the line and left the toy out of my daughter's kids meal. If a kids meal is going to be nearly $5 it should include the toy or if they are out we should be informed and compensated. Rude staff and disappointed kid. Do not recommend.
Hey WENDYS!!!! YOU THINK YOU CAN FIX DOOR! South side...I SAID SOMETHING TWO MONTHS AGO. WAS A LOT WARMER THEN. Little Ridiculous ,not having it fixed by now. Getting pretty cold in restaurant in November... With door open .You can't put a sign on door to close. ? Everyone in my group
complaining it's cold....a lot of people born in a barn, that need help closing door. Must have big budget for heating outside. Not coming back.
The dining area was again clear and empty. I did notice light bulbs being stored in the dining area. Cones up around the soda and condiment area but
Almost no other patrons. The drive thru was full and busy. I am not sure if they were under staffed but again doing the best with their resources.
Really just 1 employee outta All needs to go I've complained enough about him they always put him in drive through and I always have to walk in so I can talk to one of your other employees because I refuse to have anything to do with that one he makes his location almost worse than the college students on Wooster
This incident happened last October but I have not forgotten about it for the simple fact that Wendy's Corporation has not responded. I had ordered a single cheeseburger from the drive thru, and had brought it home to eat. I was really hungry so I was eating perhaps a little faster than usual. I was just getting ready to swallow a bite that I had chewed when I felt something on the back of my tongue that felt hard and did not feel like food. I had to cough up the bite because I came very close to swallowing it. What I found was a plastic tie used most likely for bun bags (see picture). I called the Bowling Green Wendy's immediately at least 3 or 4 separate times but no one would answer. I looked up the corporate connection to report a complaint and did so. Twice. Never received a response. I wasn't out to get any free food or anything like that. I wanted to make sure they knew about it, acknowledged it, and did something to try and prevent it from happening again so that no one chokes to death like I came close to doing. I was also going to keep this between Wendy's corporate and myself, but not even responding has me wanting to put this incident on as many social media's that I can find.
Having recently moved to Bowling Green Ohio, I am still learning the area. I recently stopped into The Wendy's on Main Street. The person who waited on me was very professional, however I was informed that the monitor which had the prices for the meals was burned out and has been for months. So I had to resort to this card, which had no prices and small print to order.
The food came out in a timely manner and was prepared to expectations. The single burger, baked potato, and chicken sandwich were fine. The Fries were soggy and didn't have much taste to them. The Soda pop machine almost had too many choices and the touch screen menu was a bit clunky. I opted for coke zero and it came out just fine.
So bottom line, food was decent. The fries were a letdown though. The restaurant needs some TLC, it seems a deep clean is in order as the dining area looked neglected and please get a new TV screen so everyone can see what they want to order, no excuse for that.
Overall ok but didn't set my world on fire.
The food was consistent with other Wendy's restaurants...generally good value. The server was a little abrupt, but it wasn't a big deal. The floors had recently been mopped and were extremely slippery to the point where a couple of kids were running and sliding in front of the drink dispenser. The worst part of this experience was that a staff member followed me into the washroom, finished before me and left without washing her hands. Gross. There's a big sign on the bathroom door that employees must wash hands, but this girl didn't and it was the most off-putting thing I've experienced in a food establishment in a long time. We were just passing through and won't ever stop here again, but to others who eat here, good luck.
It's Wendy's. The food is the same every time. Never spectacular, always reliable. This store goes above and beyond and is always super friendly, though!
