My husband ordered two meals today from them at 8:54pm. Ordered 2 number 6 combo, for one combo he substituted chili instead of fries and substitute small "vanilla frosty" instead of normal drinks. First of all he didnt get receipt so someone else print out the receipt for him. Because cashier refuse to give him a receipt. Second, instead of vanilla frosty we received chocolate and they charged extra drink. I called them to confront them, the girl who was on the phone didn't want to handle it so she passed the call to someone else... seriously? Also, update on hamburger , there is no lettuce, tomato, and no sauce... wow... I'm not going to go there anymore.

Christina and late night crew went above and beyond for the customers!
Stayed late to help the Doordashers and their customers get their orders completed and did what most other restaurants wouldn’t do- serve the customer and get it done!!!

This is a food restaurant that offers no restroom or has a place to wash hands all they can say no place for patrons to use very un safe can't tell whether this is a clean place you go to this huge store and you feel like your At a corner store not a nice place if I could give neg stars I would
Ordered ghost pepper nuggets, small fries, 2 mango pineapple lemonades and 1 strawberry lemonade. Ghost pepper Nuggets weren’t fresh. Both mango pineapple lemonades tasted like lime juice.
Don't waste your time at this location. I've had nothing but bad luck, rude customer service, cold food, messed up orders and gross lettuce. When I brought this to staff attention, they show no concern. Offered a refund but never a apology or admit to any wrong doing. Go else where. I like Wendy's, just not this location
It's a good food experience but for some reason they shut down thier dining room so you can only order drive thru.not sure if they plan to reopen it.i work in the area and this has been the case for at least 6 months currently to the time of me writing this.(June 2024)
I really took a while at the order kiosk but the young lady was great and she let me take my time. Appreciate that????????
Service was nice but we were missing items and the food was cold. We drove the 4 minutes home and the food was definitely colder then it should have been, especially the chili. I guess I should have double checked the bag for everything, but how do you miss 2 out of the 4 items in a biggie bag? I also never received a receipt. The biggie bag prices also were raised for whatever reason, I knew this going into it but still it just adds to the frustration.
