Been here waiting for at least 10min to place an order. Everyone walk by and completely been ignored.
Pulled in drive thru, told us to order them nothing. Pulled up to window said we never ordered and got rude when asked for Corp number and said didn't have one . Rude employees and manager
This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to the workers are rude. They never have baked potatoes. They never have vanilla Frosty’s. They’ve been out for months any Wendy’s I ever go to never has a baked potato and I don’t understand why. The restaurant will be dead with no customers you could be the only person in the drive-through line. You’ll still wait 10 minutes just for somebody to pick up the microphone.
Went to pick up my carry out I ordered on the app to find the restaurant empty. There are no signs to indicate closure, nothing. I need a refund!

Employees was nice and friendly. I ordered me the chicken sandwich medium fry and a strawberry lemonade. And my food was piping hot and fresh. Which you can see my chicken sandwich is almost eating up.
The food was so bad that I threw it away after a few bites. It was literally inedible and tasted like old reused grease. To distinguish the chicken sandwich from the french fries was like distinguishing wet cardboard from dry cardboard. The corners of the walls and ceiling were speckled with black mold. I can't imagine what's behind those walls. The staff seemed distracted and bothered by our presence. There were no small lids for cups, no condiments put out and the entire restaurant seemed on the verge of being on lockdown, making this a very questionable location to stop.
