Only been there twice, however both times we dined in and my food was incorrect. Couldn’t get service at the register, I can understand of course when places are busy register is not first priority, however me and 3 others where the only customers that day and no one came to the register for 10 minutes. The times I door dash there also, the food is never prepared or ready on time.
This restaurant always gets my order wrong! I was missing half my order this time so it's the last time at this place for me. I'd rather drive a bit extra to go to a different one abd have correct hot food. I missed my chocolate frosty my kids drink my saucy nugs were barely sauced. Terrible all around.

Absolutely the worst fast food operation I've been to. Always cold food. I don't know how many chances I've given, but today was the last.
This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. First of all it took forever to have my order taken. The girl that took my order acted like she was half asleep and couldn't be bothered. Didn't seem to understand a simple order. When I got my order she dumped me French fries upside down in the bag. I asked for extra ketchup and she threw one packet on the counter. I guess the worst of it all was the fact that the burgers weren't even cooked thoroughly. Raw.
Went in for a mobile order, staff very friendly and attentive, as i waited for my order i got to see the manager handling an order mistake to which he handled very professionally and made sure the customer was satisfied with his visit. Very hard working and friendly staff.
This location gets two stars SOLEY on the Breakfast Baconator.
Entered parking lot at 9:08am. No other car in drive thru other than the one just ahead of me waiting to place an order. I got to speaker at 9:20 and was told they’d be right with me. At 9:26 I placed my order. 2 Breafast baconator meals with cokes. Large. At 9:56 my order was handed to me and I parked to check it out. 2 baconators, 1 medium potato wedge and 2 chocolate milk because they couldn’t get the coke to work apparently. The sandwiches were actually pretty good. Hot, tasted fresh, made well and all the ingredients on it. The one order of wedges we did get, were neither fresh nor hot. They were chalky and gross. At this time there were too many cars in the drive thru for me to bother correcting this.
Save your money, this location is just not worth it.

I have been to this particular Wendy’s over a dozen times. The staff are extremely friendly, fun and I enjoy interacting with them. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the restaurant is what brings down my review. The one soda machine they have is one of those newer, self-serve, touch screen machines with a large number of options. This machine is consistently gross and covered with a nasty film of past patron’s fingerprints, boogers, dirt, etc. - it really grossed me out. If CSI came and did a wipe-test, you may find a dozen different peoples’ DNA on that screen. And, when you get a drink it spits the syrup out in a manner to which you’re sure to get some on your hand. When I order a burger, I always get a finger print of grease on my bun, a token mark from the individual making my sandwich that day. The lunch rush really tests the crew but even though they may seem slow, they remain positive and humorous. I enjoy this location for the people that work there but they could do a better job paying attention to detail pertaining to sandwich prep and that nasty soda machine.
