First of all, the staff was super friendly. We were here for lunch. The place was decorated in Halloween garb which was cool.
It was at the tail end of the lunch rush. Therefore, the tables were slightly messy and cluttered.
The price for the food is high for a finite amount of food. One can go to a Chinese lunch buffet or a several pizza lunch buffet for the same price. It's going to be difficult to continue to rationalize this prop. value when all you can eat options have the same price.
The parking lot was very dirty with litter everywhere. This may be a function of the area the restaurant is located in instead of Wendy's fault. Meaning, it may be too difficult to keep up with the amount of litter and inconsideration of those folks that choose to litter.
Lastly, the young man that came to check on us in the dining area was super nice and cordial. He bussed our table for us when it was in no way expected or required. He even got me a fresh drink from the back because the machine out front was a little flat on carbonation.

If you eat at this Wendy’s, make sure to CHECK YOUR BAG!! ALSO, if you get sweet tea, take a sip before you pull off otherwise you may have what tastes like dirty dish water in a cup. I’m not sure why I even tried this location again, because per usual I was missing half of my items and the taste of the tea can be easily replicated by directly sipping from a puddle.
Wendys on St. Joe was all right. Its in a little bit of a sketchy area, but the food was still fine.The lady got a couple things in the order wrong,and the sevice was a bit slow. Otherwise it was still good for a common fast food place.
I don’t know why I keep going back????? Pulled into drive thru only 2 vehicles ahead of me waited 10 minutes to get the speaker. The car in front of me total was a 1.93, when I pulled up to place order not even a hello my welcome was it’s gonna be a 5 minute wait to take your order we are trying to get caught up. Remind you only one person inside and two cars ahead of me and the car in front was a drink. Pull to the window took another 3 minutes for the cashier to open window not to greet me but again tell me my order was going to be about a 10 minute wait okay I get it they may be short staffed. And I ordered 3 breakfast meals. She takes my card and proceeds to hand me my drinks there large drinks so I had to ask for drink carrier and when I was trying to put one of drinks in my cup holder cause she had done handed it the window she rudely says here to try to hand my other drinks and card. Once I take them she’s getting another customer in drive thru I hear tell that customer the same thing “it’s gonna be a 5 minute before I can take your order we are trying to get caught up” there was nobody behind me and no one inside. After about 3 min manager comes and says pull forward I will bring it out to you so rude
I love Wendy’s breakfast but your St Joe store needs a redo on management and customer service. Please do something about this location
Food is always great. They are always out of something though. One time they were out of lemonade the next they were out of breakfast potatoes. Both times we ordered on the app and they acted like since they were out of something that we don't get anything. We had to specifically ask for a replacement item. We're not paying for smelling and receiving nothing. It's a weird thing.
Ordered regular nuggets and was going to give my grandson the last few and these jerks put spicy nuggets in the bottom of a regular order. It was inconvenient and incredibility wrong couldn't figure out why he started crying! Will not repeat my business here. Think I will go a couple more blocks to McDonald's. ..!., that's why! I see why this location is the bottom rung. ???????? Won't do that twice.
The entire order I received was wrong and there was no meat on anything. 4 biscuits, no meat. What a joke. I was also the only one in line in the drive through.
Wonderful staff that served us our food hot and fast..and a very clean dining room area..
