The last few times I ordered in the app, only part of the order was ready when I went to pick it up. The first time this happened, the lady was very rude and wanted me to just accept the partial order. Fortunately, there was a young man who stepped in and verified that I had more to my order. He asked to take a picture of my digital receipt and had the food I was missing made right away. I forgot to ask him his name that time, but appreciated him taking the time and listening. I like to order in the app because I usually have a large order because my family is five people. It helps me keep track of what I ordered and I can prepay. I’ve been using the app for a long time. I’m not sure what the issue is with it all of a sudden, but I still use it because of the convenience. The most recent time this happened, the same young man was the person at the window. He immediately started trying to fix it. He had me pull around and wait for the food. He personally brought the food out to my car and I asked him his name. So, whoever runs Wendy’s on Dysart in Litchfield Park, AZ, Dominic deserves a raise. He is patient and helpful and kind. His customer service is top notch. Thank you so much, Dominic! I hope you see this. You are the standard!
Who on earth and why on earth would someone advertise a certain frosty? Knowing they don’t even have vanilla just chocolate. Pineapple and chocolate? Like cmon be for real
I really use to like their salads. Actually my go to place for salads. The time before this review I thought it was an issue they were just out of Salsa for the Taco Salad and it was replaced with a packet of taco sauce ????. A couple months latter I order again a taco salad no Salsa (it makes the salad). It was replaced with a Chili Seasoning.
What the heck !!! Is this a thing just at this Wendy’s or is it a Corporate thing. Plus the salads are not fresh anymore very brown and wilted. Just really really bummed. Off to @Wendy’s X ridiculous.
Apparently they don't have vanilla frosties during the holidays? Very stupid marketing plan, but okay. I guess there goes that order. I just went to the grocery store for vanilla ice cream instead. A waste of my time. It's a good thing, though. Apparently they didn't have any cupholders at this location, so it's a good thing I didn't order all the coke floats we had planned on ordering.
The staff was friendly though.
My husband and I were starving and haven't had a good mealall day and decided to stop here.
Staff was very friendly but once we sat down to unwrap our burgers we were completely shocked.
My husband got a burger that he was excited about but once he open the wrapper he was fuming.
$6 for a burger that looked just like mine from the cheap menu. Fries were cooked in a shared oil which tasted like fish and we're undercooked. We took most our food back. Never again will I eat at this location or Wendy's for that matter!
I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger. And got an extremely cold burger with no meat.....
Good food as expected. Friendly customer service. Nice clean establishment. Fries were hot and fresh. Kid meals available. I really like their soda dispenser with so many options. Wheelchair accessible. Will come again.
I’d never been to Wendy’s until April 2021 when my son wanted to try their hamburger and fries. We order $5 Biggie Bag which includes includes the Bacon Double Stack, four-piece chicken nuggets (Spicy or Crispy), small fries, and a small drink. Total cost for all four items cost $5.36. My son loved it and so did I. Brianna, the cashier, is super sweet and always makes us feel really welcome! Thanks Wendy’s for building a new location on Litchfield Park.
