I ordered the simple #1 with fries and drink. Also some chicken nuggets with fries..the meals were cold, the fries were stiff!!. The chicken nuggets we ordered from there, the sauce was not mixed right and they forgot about our Ranch sauce.
Only car in the drive-thru, I was rushed to order over the intercom. Menu questions were brushed off (could have been allergen importance). Employee suggested sauce on side for nuggets & I was delighted!
Got to the park to eat my DRY NUGGETS and NO SAUCES (no ketchup either????????♀️). Currently reading reviews like ???? Food industries used to be good.
DON'T START ON PRICES FOR QUALITY???? (I only got the #1 with nuggets, bare minimum if you ask me). The level of disappointment is so low that a single star is a lie????????
Just spent $20 to get cold food. Terrible experience and employees forgot my fries had to turn around. If u want my money do better!
Ordered a nuggets kids meal, the chicken and the fries were old and very hard. Also ordered a Cobb salad with spicy chicken, it came with regular grilled chicken. I was the only car in the drive thru, and they still messed up. Employees don't pay attention anymore, it's why it's so rare for me to even get fast food, won't be back after this experience.
I’m super bummed this place used to be good. I was rushed to order and then when I pulled to the window this women was rude. She looked angry and not in a good mood and grabbed my card. Then when giving the drinks she was like here you go! When getting home the burgers were dry they were not fresh. I would have to say the nuggets and fries ???? were the only things that tasted good! Very disappointed ☹️ bad customer service! I was better off going to lotaburger McDonalds!
I ordered food and asked to use the restroom. I was told the men's room was out of order, which I just wasn't buying. I asked where their male employees go when they need to use the restroom and received a cold shrug from the cashier who mumbled something about, "It's mostly women who work here" which still didn't answer my question. Due to a medical condition, when I gotta go, I gotta go, so this was quite unpleasant for me. Restaraunts are required to have restrooms for their customers by law. I am a paying customer, in uniform, on my lunch break. It should be obvious im not there to shoot dope in the bathroom. Also, the soda machine was completely out of ice. On the positive, I will say that the food was quite good and the AC in there was great. But I will not be going back.
Wendy's, good and yummy. The customer service was great, very respectful. Was on the way to a doctor appointment I got their bacon french fries and those were good! So good forgot to get a picture, remembered after they were almost gone.????
Went here because I wanted a Hamburger and I like their baconator. One guy behind the counter. He never looked up from his phone or acknowledged us. Eventually a woman who I assumed was the evening manager came out from the back and took our order. The guy was still on his phone but started talking to her in front of us using language that would make a sailor blush. We ordered our "to go" burger combos with pretzel buns. The drink machine was out of most choices. The manager handed us our bag which we found was missing some of our order, didn't apologize but did go back and get the rest. Two apparently homeless people came up to the dining room door and just stood there blocking the entrance/exit. Manager didn't do anything about it. When we got home a few minutes later we found our buns were quite stale. Worst baconator we ever had. Worst customer service. Will never go back to that location.
