bought a Dave's single and the patty was raw. Considering the recent e coli outbreak, you would think they would be more careful with the food they are serving customers. I also sent a complaint to Wend'y corporate via email and never got a response.
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Food was inedible. Fries were cold rubber, the "baconator" (pictured) had bacon bits, the Dave's single had tomato skin and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Zero customer service from the point we ordered until we got the food.
The best way to sum up today's visit is to let you know that the guy taking orders at the drive through decided to argue with me that lettuce is a leaf and not a vegetable.
If that doesn't sum up the quality of this visit, let me continue.
The half stem of lettuce i got was akin to a parsley garnish.
Nestled snugly next to the handful of pickles I asked to have removed.
Topped with a tomatoes slice so soggy you'd think it was a circular-ish red tissue.
Paired with 2/3s of a small fry, no salt of course.
Also, can we please agree that lettuce IS a vegetable?
I feel like that's important information to be aware of, when a significant element of your job is knowing what buttons to push when someone asks you to please add all veggies.
Unfortunately this is the closest Wendy’s to my location. They’re morning staff really needs an attitude adjustment. Multiple time multiple different employees either treat customers like they’re just pissed they have to be doing like anything taking an order making an order properly . They’re all just annoyed. If they even answer the drive thru at all it’s a miracle
The food is always good I get tye apple pecan salad it's so good the folks are pleasant and the order always complete (I go drive through)
The place is new and clean. Food was ready really fast. The attendant was very friendly. Only complaint was that the sandwich from my daughter's meal was cold. The cheese wasn't even warm. It was as if they took the bread and cheese straight from the fridge to her sandwich. We will
It's the closest Wendy's to me for a quick lunch. The workers always seem to be ovehelmed and frustrated, but there's one personel there,D, she is always smiling and preparing the best salad. Kudos to her!

Whoever was working the window on June 28, 2024 at 3:30pm was extremely rude. I asked for 30 seconds to decide what I wanted and he told me to hurry up. I said please just need to look at menu real quick. He rushed me, again. Worst customer experience I’ve had ever.
