I went through the drive thru with my wife and ordered 2 444's in the app. They were delicious however did not get my freestyle drink as they only had canned.
About 530 this evening I went through the drive thru we ordered a couple of combos food was ok fries a little cold but then we were given unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea we ordered walked inside with the tea and they would not fix it and the lady was very rude would not even give us a pack of ketchup they left out of our bag I will not eat here again I will drive across town
Delicious food, fast friendly service. I utilized the app, and everything went smoothly. The dining area lacks atmosphere, though it was clean.
Me and my cousin went through the drive through and got the krabby patty meal and when she bit into it there was a peice of plastic in her burger we though it was an onion but it was a peice of plastic ????
They have the best Jr. Bacon ???? ????Cheese Burger ???? in town.
If you're ever in town and you are hungry but not starving then you need to order the Jr. Bacon???? ????Cheese Burger???? and fries????. You won't be disappointed.❤️????
Ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and end up with only meat and cheese and a bun. Wished this place would get my order right. Always forgetting something or not making it correctly.
About an hour wait this evening, but overall fantastic service.
They were cleaning the place at 6:30pm and had the dining room closed. The line was out to the road. I could tell the employees were frustrated and stressed, but I don't blame them at all. There was a lot going on.. but they were friendly AND my order was 100% accurate. Kudos to these people working here.
The cashier at the window was rude when we asked for ketchup. We were supposed to ask when ordering. Husband got no spoon or crackers for chili. Paid #31.14 for order. Called manager. She said to come back for replacement. We live in Kingsport TN. 37 miles from Greenville. No other options given. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Bad and rude employees and bad service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE...If I could I would rate a minus 10
