I ordered a 10 piece nugget, two 4 piece nuggets, 2 crispy chicken BLTs, 2 value fries and a small fry. Food was old and cold. Fries were not even near fresh. I was also missing one 4 piece nugget and a value fry. Unacceptable. Prices are going up but not your quality. Bk and McDonald's are at least giving us fresh food.
This is the absolutely WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, it took them 10 minutes to bag cold French fries and a cold old cheese burger. The meat was not fresh and the cheese looked old. I called to inform them as I was running late to a meeting. I called 10 times no answer. I wouldn’t feed my dog this Wendy’s food.
A typical Wendy's set up and clean. 1 person had difficulty with English so the manager took over. They were busy and trying to catch up with restocking. Service was quick and order correct.
Whoever was working the night shift 10/26 at drive thru from 7pm to 9pm need to stay in cleaning crew services. Messing up people orders and over charging them 10 dollars. I order a triple sandwich which I know is at least 13.50 but she charge me 18.25. Like SMH. Get off the cash register.
At least three times, cashier Tamra has rung me up for $3+ biscuits when I clearly said "Honey buddy Chicken." Then it's an entire effort to get tje screen up to scan my rewards on my phone. Always eo anxious for no reason.
They have hair in my food and I proceed to call the store to get it handled and no one answers the phone. Customer service is the lowest of the lowest.
There was a young gentleman working last night. He helped me with my dash I was picking up. This young man is not only a model employee he went beyond customer service. He genuinely cares about others needs without prompt. I hope Wendy’s recognizes that. You need more people like him. Humanity needs more people like him!!! Great job!!!
My visit to Wendy's today was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience through this review. As I walked into the restaurant, I decided to use the restroom before placing my food order. To my shock and dismay, it was immediately evident that the bathroom had not seen a hint of cleaning or maintenance for what felt like an eternity. The scene was beyond disturbing. Gnats were swarming around, and the toilet was overflowing with feces, with flies buzzing around it. It was an unsanitary and repulsive sight, to say the least.
What made matters even worse was the response from the two managers on duty. When I brought this matter to their attention, they were not only dismissive but also incredibly rude. Their attitude suggested that they didn't care about the state of the restroom or the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. To my disbelief, they claimed that the restroom had been cleaned that very morning, which was absolutely not the case. It was evident that this restroom hadn't received proper attention in months, if not longer.
This experience left a lasting negative impression, not only due to the appalling condition of the restroom but also because of the indifferent and disrespectful attitude displayed by the management. As a customer, I believe it's essential for any establishment to uphold basic standards of hygiene and customer service. Unfortunately, my visit to this Wendy's location fell far short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these hygiene issues and improve their customer service immediately.
