Food came out quick and hot. The employees were nice. The only problem is that I was excited for the sauceed ghost pepper nuggets. All I got was a 4 piece dry nugget and sauce on the side. No sauce was "dripping" like the advertisement.
First off I love Wendy’s… but unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. Very dirty restaurant. Employees all on phones and were very rude. After a poor interaction with a girl that was clearly on her headphones. Some employees not in uniform. We took several pictures and a video. We requested to speak to the manager but we’re refused twice. We then got cussed at and yelled at by multiple employees. We then asked for refund and left and went to Chick fil a, lol.
I went through the drive through yesterday to get the Krabby patty meal, there was nothing SpongeBob about it. The pictures on line showed the meals coming in special spongebob boxes but the burgers I received came in regular Wendy's wrappers. The frostie was alright but tasted like peach instead of pineapple. The burger was bland but the fries were great.
While we were waiting for our food, we were looking through the drive thru window and watched one of the employees drop our food on the floor. The girl working just kept laughing while he picked up the food and tried to move out of sight to put the food back in the bag. He said he got us new food but there was hair and other dirt on them. We just drove away because we were completely disgusted at what we witnessed. Such a waste of $35 and won't ever be going back to this one ever again.
4 times they didn't make our sandwich correctly all times they had no bacon and were cold. I'm done never be back
5:39 slow ass wendy i been waiting for the pass 20min . wile the store is almost empy just to get mi order taken . then i got to the cashier whit no name tag his response was order when u ready i told him i been ready i had to find out his name on the resive ka'veon worst wendy so far no wonder they looking for managers this wendy suck
Visited wendy on elkhart rd. The baked potato was soggy and inside was brown. Clearly old. I called and the guy who said he was a manager hung up on me. Horrible service.
The experience with the employee who took our order was extremely disrespectful. The establishment looked disgusting and you could even tell that from the drive thru. Not to mention they completely forgot half our order, and never gave us receipt. They shoved the food at us never even attempting to be polite. From the perspective of someone who’s worked in the food industry this is absolutely unacceptable. We were at the ferndale rd goshen location
