We were driving through on a road trip and got hungry... it was late and there were not many options. We were glad to see Wendy's open. The lady was kind and the food was hot and fresh. Our order had burger nuggets and a salad.... no major complaints. They shut the lights off ad soon as we were pulling away.... so they were good to the last customer. We did have to move on to another parkinf lot to eat to have a lighted area with no big delivery truck needing to share the space.
I'm gonna quit going to the BG location. Every time I do, the order is incorrect. How hard is it to remember to put things in a bag or give a drink to someone? And, no ice today? I give up.
Was lunch time I get it but they literally said they couldn’t do a backed potato cuz they were too busy…. I’d wait! Lady was rude (busy but no excuse), food was great tho! Would definitely postmate from there but staff needs taught some customer service!
Chicken ceaser wrap. The chicken was dry af. The lettuce was mush. The whole thing had a weird taste.
Last time I was there I got a burger and I know it had been sitting because the bottom bun was freaking hard. Disgusting. Both went in the trash after one bite. I had just got off work, and all I wanted to do was go home and eat my dinner. So, thanks for nothing. Just take your money and throw it in the trash. Cut out the middle man. No more Wendys for me Ever! Too many other BETTER burger joints in this town. Tell everyone!! Negative stars
I am a dasher and was refused service for no apparent reason. I waited for an hour before being threatened to be fired from doordash by the manager that works until close. I have no idea what I did but I was treated poorly. I politely asked what was going on with the doordash order. The closing manager told the workers not to give me the food after bringing me inside the restaurant to what I thought was to give me the order for delivery. I don't feel safe coming here anymore. I left the restaurant and had the police called on me for "being threatening". I told the officers what happened and I was told to leave the restaurant. What a nightmare!!!
It's good as typically is Wendy's food, but every time I order from this location, they ruin my order. I either get the wrong thing or am missing half my order. Most the time if not all of it, there is no one behind me in the drive thru, so they have no reason to get it wrong.
The food was delicious...but tiny! I got the chicken nuggets and each nugget was about 1/2 the size of the previous ones. The shrink flation is aweful
Chicken sandwich was good but the fries were caked in salt. It was liking a deer salt lick
