I appreciate the variety of breakfast selection, salads, and burgers,. I like the chili, which comes with crackers and options for sour cream and chives. At least it did last time I was there. Sometimes it gets lost in the training. Just sayin. Overall, love it. it's quick and friendly service. Great location. It gets busy around lunch and dinner time, but that's to be expected, great minds think alike, right?! ????
Good food, service, & tables all good but their serving counter top & accessories area needs to be wiped down more often, couple times a day. Dirty & sticky with food & drinks liquids. Who wants to sit their own food even if in bags or on trays & drInk on a counter surface all sticky.
The service was very prompt and polite. The food hot and delicious. It was early morning so not alot of people but the lobby was clean. We used an electric coupon so the price wasn't too much and didn't feel judged for using it.
I’ve had a few issues with this location. They can’t find my mobile order. They wouldn’t allow me to use my frosty key chain tag on mobile orders. They short me cheese on the Faves single. The burger is supposed to have two slices of cheese and on several occasions it only came with one.
(Wow this location is in need of some serious management and or staffing training or retraining.)
As you walk to the door you see so many fingerprints and smear marks you can't even hardly see inside. As you enter your shoes are autistically stuck to the floor like a movie theater that has never been mopped in front of the drink machine The smell inside smells like molded carpet and mildew.
The men's restroom needed to have been serviced
I stopped and went inside the dining area today. I arrived at 6:00 pm wait to 5 minutes inline before our order was placed. 6:06 pm order was placed , cups was recovered to find out we wer over charged an extra $2.40 for a drink we didn't order.
I didn't say a word and proceeded to see how the rest of the eatting process was to work out

(Several other people were already waiting to receive their food in line when I arrived and were not being served and seemed to be ignored.)
At 6:25 pm I approached the counter to ask about my order.
Noone seemed to know where my order was or what happened during my visit
After much mass confusion I did receive my order 6:27 pm. As I stood at the counter
It was later determined they had given my order to the wrong guest who had.already.left out the door.

After getting my order, I have a seat open the bag to find out I needed to go back to counter and ask for butter and sour cream that was ordered with the baked potato.
Summer Salad tasted good and seemed fresh (But, lacked the bacon to that was ordered to be on it)
Chicken Nuggets we're hot and to and tasted good.
For the time I spent here and the lack of quality of service, I don't believe I will be back anytime soon.
I am deeply stimulated by Wendy's baked potatoes and Chili. In fact when me and my wife eat together we become so excited we feel the need to "Make Out".
It seems to make other people quit eating.
I guess it would be less shocking if we weren't in our eighties.
Frequent long waits, not even just at peak times. They often have every single car in drive thru park to wait for their meal which is obviously a moronic practice to anyone with common sense. They also get our order wrong about as often as they get it right.
Today there were only two people ahead of me on the drive through, and it took over 20 minutes to get my food AFTER ordering. Frostys are totally liquid, vehicle overheating from sitting.
Just wanted a chocolate frosty. It has been nearly ten minutes in drive thru - and there are only two people vehicles ahead of me- and still no frosty. The employee who took my money had a nasty attitude. I hate leaving complaints because I understand working with food has its challenges but this is terrible. NEVER COMING BACK! Whoever is the GM at this location needs to have a talk with the staff. I sure hope my frosty isn't as terrible as this service.
