I shouldn’t have done it but out of sheer curiosity I tried the spicy parm nuggets and I do not recommend it personally. The sauce would be great in a pasta dish but by themselves is just an horrible experience. It also doesn’t help that I asked for blue cheese and got ranch, a sauce that makes me sick sometimes.
Extremely rude customer service !! She really was tossing my food in the bag and wanted me to go before even me getting my food. She was so lazy to give me ghost pepper sauce. That she didn’t even want to move another step
I spent $70 and get treated like garbage by her she needs to be fired
She was the one putting the food in the bags . “ not the cashier that took my order”

I came in late at night and ordered baconator fries. To my displeasure i found some type of paper or plastic in my food.:( disappointed in this location.
They should really do better in the hiring department and when they are choosing the customer facing staff. The poor customer service that i just experienced from this establishment through the drive thru window was profoundly disrespectful and a blatant lack of proper training. They messed up my order, insulted me and violated a few food safety rules. And after what i just witnessed..... I would only feed my enemy's from here. Nothing more.
We went at 5:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. Five stars. Fast. Friendly. Got our order right. Food was hot. I have zero complaints. I could see that they were working with a TEAM attitude. Definitely recommend this location. I'll never go to Candler Rd location again. Good job y'all. ????????????
Super SLOW..... Everytime I come except for today. I asked if the nuggets were fresh because for some reason they think people don't want fresh nuggets. The girl said let me check, then came back and said yes. Guess what, she lied. They put burnt fries in my garlic Parmesan sauce container and I didn't order fries. Just trifling.
6-8-2024 Great service theough the drive-thru this evening. There was a polite younger gentleman taking orders and payments. He was thorough and got my order correct. Another young man packed my meals. Everything was in order. Napkins, sauces, straws and all food items were in the bag when he handed it to me. Nuggets, fries and burger were all fresh. Both gentleman at the window were very polite.
Thankful for better service than previously. We don't do fast food that often anymore so it's good to have fast friendly service with good hot food in our neighborhood when we do.
