New female managers there are kicking butt. Quick and good served hot. A couple of people there not so friendly but they do the job. Great deals that can’t be beat! Eat here not McDonald’s! Caramel ice cream was potent but good. Drinks always taste right! Very busy at times and it seems like they built back up a good crew!
Everything seems to be about sauce at Wendy's these days. If you like sauce you're good. I ordered the new bacon mushroom burger which looked good but all I could taste was the garlic sauce they put too much of on the burger.
Not everyone wants to wear or wash off the sauce. Tone it down a bit please.
I ordered a Cobb Salad Extra Grilled Chicken twice in a row, Every single time, I've gotten a salad with regular amount of chicken. Tonight, I ordered a Cobb salad as I normally do, I tell them to make sure it's extra chicken. It is. Get home to realize that I was given the completely wrong salad. I got a Caesar salad instead Cobb. Now, mind you at the window I exchange a Caesar dressing for ranch dressing thinking I was given it by mistake. Thinking light of the situation, because after all it's late and the guy was sweet. Anyways, I call to tell them because this is now the 3rd mistake out of 3 visits. I get told that I did order a Caesar salad, which I know for a fact I did not. & Was told they will exchange it only with a receipt. I go to look in the bag, no receipt & I wasn't even given one.
Need less to say, I wasted $17.53 and no dinner tonight. Won't visit this location again, the one by the mall for the win every time
Every weekend my son and I try and have lunch at this location. Maybe once a month the dining room is actually open and when it is open the employees are absolutely horrible. They always seem pissed off and are the slowest moving people I've ever seen. Order accuracy at this location doesn't exist and if you try to have it fixed they will argue with you. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE FIRED! Eat anywhere but here. I would give zero stars across the board if possible.
We had to go inside as the drive thru operator was not able to hear our order through the loud music the restaurant was playing in their kitchen.
The order itself was accurate and made decently fast.
Recently I've noticed Wendy's (across the board not just this Wendy's) slipping in terms of order accuracy - today it worked out in our favor, we got an extra sandwich in our order, but sometimes it's the wrong menu item or something is missing all together. The quality of the food remains the same, it's exactly what you expect it to be.
Where to start. Came in today for a quick bite after some fun at the roller rink. Placed an online order so I could eat right away. It took, you guessed it. 50 MINUTES for a simple order. All because the online order never went through even though I paid. So I had to show the lady my digital receipt and have it made (took a minute). Only thing good is it’s one of the few retro locations left so it’s a shame. Do me a favor, go to KFC nearby, I never had any problems with them and the food is a lot better than the KFC by me.
They put Raw Bacon on my sandwich!!! Worst experience ever from a Wendy's & I am a loyal customer of the franchise. The Rude & disrespectful manager thought that this was ok & talked to me as if I did something wrong. I will never eat at this establishment again.
