Waited for 15 min for our food and as I was eating midway through my sandwich I noticed a weird texture and I was shocked that the chicken was raw!!! Worst Wendy’s ever, yall take the extra drive to another Wendy’s location for better quality and service!
Bad bad night service!!! I want there last night I asked for 1 orders if four for four and 1 biggy bag and some baconator fries... Wen I got to the window the girl gave me my bag I notice my order was incomplete my burgers were disgusting in approached the window again they took my bag gave me a different order.... Then I went back and the manager was there talking in the window with this friends when i asked to talked to him he ignored me and went backed inside.... I asked to get my order correct and the girl in the window gave me a nasty attitude took my bag again and they messed up my entired order for the 3rd time they came a bag that looked like they were dealing withba dog...... NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO AT NIGHT TIME THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!????????????

My soda was cold and when I called to lodge my complaint the employees were very rude and threatened to take legal action against me. If can’t drink cold drinks and have sensitive teeth this place is not for you, this place discriminates against sensitive teeth folk such as my self.

Less than a decade ago they got a complete remodel and new employees. Now, this place is horrendous. Went there yesterday and the place looked like a war zone: water all over the place, disgusting drink machines. Employees kept walking through not greeting guests or taking orders, letting the line build up. Some of these employees look like y’all just drag them in off the street and put them behind a register and say “good luck”. Gross.
One of the front counter managers was wearing see-through pants and a thong. Like this isn’t Hooters. Definitely not a strip club. Companies have ZERO standards these days.
I believe it is time consumers really stop buying from these places. We don't have to buy at your store we choose to go there.. fresh fries are fresh fries how hard is it..Asiago sandwich didn't come with the bacon..
So I drive up to the Wendy's in Lowell on Chelmsford St. around 620am, not realizing they open at 630. One of the employees is taking boxes to the dumpster, yells to to me they aren't open. To pull away I am driving right by the employee, so I asked "oh do you guys not do breakfast anymore" still not knowing they open in 10 minutes, and she completely ignored me. I thought maybe she didn't hear me, even though my voice was not low, I wasn't mumbling. I asked again. She rolled her eyes and ignored me again. So then I asked if I was invisible and she kept walking. I've never been so offended.
