Food was good, our order was correct, but it took an exceptionally long time to order and to get our food. Front desk area was disorganized and the woman up there kept asking people if this was their food from the receipts piled up on front of her. I thought Wendy's had that on a screen. If you plenty of time for lunch, avoid that Wendy's.
If I could give the service 10 stars I would! All of the employees here were so nice! If I still worked retail I would come back and steal these employees for my business because of how good their customer service is! My husband and I got the breakfast baconator sandwiches and they were perfect! Hot and fresh!
Pleasantly surprised with the crew. They seemed understaffed but everyone seemed to work together to get the job done. It was reasonably clean and the crew was accommodating.
Worst Wendy’s in a long time! No iced tea at all, no Coke, Dr. Pepper, Fanta or lemonade. Pretty much just water. They put so much sauce on the sandwich that it was impossible for my husband to eat without wiping it off with a napkin. ???? Restroomsnot great, either
This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. You don’t expect much from fast food, but this was an all-time low. Firstly, the ac was out and it was hotter inside than outside. Next, as we ordered, they were out of several things on the menu, including all beverages in the drink machine (which we found out after paying for a drink). But we persevered. We finally got our food, one item of which was incorrect. I began to eat my sandwich and it was totally inedible. The chicken was so rubbery I couldn’t even chew it. I took one bite and spit it out. Tried to get a refund and the staff were incredibly rude, saying the sandwich was half gone so they wouldn’t give our money back. It absolutely was not, there were two bites missing from the sandwich and literally spit out on the wrapper. They refused to give a refund and did not make one single apology or any effort at all to make up for the experience.
Stopped for breakfast and got my kids French toast. The French toast was spicy almost as if they didn't fully clean the fryer from the day before. While loby was trashed and had no napkins and we got there when the restraunt opened
They have the worst customer service in town, food is always EXTREMELY greasy, nuggets taste old, food is never fresh, when the drive through window was opened all I smelled was grease, they close extremely early when online it says 2am. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Placed a mobile order for a single chocolate frosty. Was the only car in the drive thru, but they made me pull forward for them to walk it out. After waiting several minutes, they walked out to tell me they could not make my order and could not process a refund. I would have to cancel the order on the app, only the app wouldn’t let me do so either.
