CHECK YOUR FOOD!!! My wife had hair all in her sandwich. Not only were fries old and literally dipped back into the fryer to be made warm but like I had mentioned about the hair!!! Hopped on the phone and called restaurant and spoke with manager Ashley and she did not really seem to care. She just kept saying thank you so much and kept pushing to get off of the phone.i will definitely be making sure yall are following all protocols. Let’s get ready for inspections. Picture was just one of the few that my wife hadn’t threw away yet. Just another piece she had found. Now she doesn’t even want to eat her food.
The little red haired girl that worked/works the drive through is so rude!!! If someone is talking to you respond back. Don’t ignore or roll your eyes. Brought out food to cars waiting from the drive thru hitting her bright pink vape then came back touching food. Didn’t give me a receipt rolled her eyes when I’d didn’t get the sauce which I paid for. You’re clearly miserable but if someone is being nice to you don’t blatantly ignore them. I could completely understand if a customer was being rude. Get your staff together or get rid of them. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been too 1000x. And my food was cold
Good food, nothing special about the service though. I had a jr bacon cheeseburger and spicy chicken nuggets they were upto par. The frosty was tasty. I’d come back again.
Update: The options were rather limited on my last visit. They took away the Bacon Pretzel Pub. Also they were out of Sprite, however, they didn’t mention until we were at the window and charged us for Soda’s instead of waters we received. The food was okay the chicken was fresh, but the lettuce was a bit old.
Me and my boyfriend went here to eat. Usually Wendy's is always good when we go. I ordered a salad and let me tell you literally more than half the lettuce I got was rotten or no good. Like for real. I always loved Wendy's but now I guess I choose which Wendy's I go to now.
I went through the drive thru. The person taking my order kept cutting me off while I was ordering and wouldn't let me get my order out of my mouth before being cut off. I pulled up to the window to find that the person taking my order was the manager. I got home and my order was wrong and the food was old and disgusting. Needless to say it was very disappointing. Now I'm hungry and irritated as the food was inedible.
I don't know what is it with fast food places in this town, but most lack customer service and just flat out common decency. I get that your bored or it might not be the job that you want to do, but I don't think a person taking an order should be acting bored and ignoring my partner while they are ordering just because they feeling some type of way. They need to brush up on their customers service skills or find new staff.
The food was great, It was about 9:30 pm. However, my fries were hot and delicious.

This Wendy's was easily the worst Wendy's I have ever ordered from/been to. The customer service is terrible. The staff are very rude and give you the "I don't have time for you" attitude even when just placing an order in the drive thru. I have ordered food from this Wendy's several times because my girlfriend is choosy about food and Wendy's is usually a safe bet. Everytime I have ordered from this establishment they have forgotten something in the order, if they even "got" the order. They have somehow missed my entire order altogether which forced me to drive to the location myself and order the food in the drive thru, I did not mention anything about the order that was missed and was still talked down to and rushed to order. Recently we ordered food from there again as a last chance scenario only to have them once again fail to deliver the entire order. I will no longer be ordering from this location and to be honest hope it either gets shut down or has the entire staff fired and has new management and employees from the ground up. There is no saving the customer service at this location.
