I got a breakfast baconator. Asked for no efg thinking it would be fresh ???????????????????????? tried to open my sammy at home to put mayononnit and the whole top bun fell apart and it was dry af even tho i asked for more sauce . Has to be at least an hour old . These ff restaurants need to get it together fr either the food is old af or makes me violently sick .
by far one of the best wendy’s i’ve been to if not the best . food is always fresh as can be and they make sure you get your money’s worth when it comes to portions and condiments . the young lady that works up front during lunch is always kind . you’re never waiting on food and it always served fresh . definitely well managed and you never hear the bs talk from employees unlike a lot of fast food restaurants . the only thing that is slightly frustrating is that the coca-cola freestyle machine tends to be out of drinks often but all the other factors rule that complaint out .
Would highly not recommend working or eating here. Sara Bumpus one of the managers that works here goes out of her way to bully and harass people. They also have a really bad roach problem down below is 2 pictures of a roach in the back stock room. I reported the harassment I received from Sara and nothing was done. They instead just let me go. Avoid this place at all cost.
I order a Dave's double meal and a Dave's single meal ,got to the window and the guy said we are waiting on one of your singles could you pull up ? I said I ordered a double and a single, he said they rang it up wrong but would make one a double and to pull up. I said there is No one
Behind me , he said he was on a timer and to pull up. I said that's not my problem, but he insisted that I pull up . So I did and finally got my food but when I got home sure as shit 2 singles in the bag. It's the little things like this that makes me mad. Just get an order right for once please.
Ordered a ranch grilled chicken wrap and a taco salad. Never ordered their salads before so I asked what came in it. They responded with “grilled chicken tomato cheese, tortilla chips and.. yeah no that’s it, just that.” I said okay I’ll take that with no tomato when she rang it up I saw there was sour cream as well I said can you also take that off and I just want ranch for it. Still received sour cream, there was no grilled chicken and they gave me chili with the salad. Very annoyed. Learn how to train your crew members and to the line people listening in correct them when they’re wrong. Wouldn’t have even ordered it if it didn’t have chicken.
Just, dont. Go somewhere else. The environment is toxic. The managers are useless. Food is never at the right temp when we get it. The people in charge run this location like they probably do at home, and that's why it's failing. I couldn't tell you how many times I've overheard the hispanic managers curse over the headset at workers. Get rid of management and hire people that actually CAN manage.
Avoid this Wendy's at all cost!!! Today, September 12th 2024. This Wendys is knowingly remaining open while the manager is spraying pesticides to take care of cockroaches. I overhead someone mentioning that the manager has a infestation of bugs. It apears to my knowledge the manager is doing everthing he can to make this not noticeable to the customers. While having pesticides around in the building being sprayed to the open air while serving food is a severe health violation. Customers can get deadly sick from such actions. They are remaining open while i overheard talk that orkin pest control is on the way. Me and my family eat here all the time and now I know why sometimes we get sick after eating at this Wendy's location. We are definitely 110% avoiding this place, and so should you.
OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? ???? THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!! THE FOOD WAS GOOD, LAST TIME WE CAME, THEY FORGOT THE SAUCY NUGGS AND MY HUSBAND'S CHILI!!!!!! AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD LAST TIME. BUT THIS TIME THEY FORGOT THE SAUCES!!!!!! FORGOT THE HOT SAUCE FOR MY HUSBAND'S CHILI, THEY FORGOT THE BBQ SAUCE FOR MY 8-YEAR-OLD SON'S NUGGETS!!!!! THE RECEIPT SAID "BUTTERMILK RANCH" A ZILLION TIMES, BUT AGAIN, THEY FORGOT THE SAUCES!!!!!!! I WILL COME BACK AGAIN, BUT WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! D:<
