I give this place a D for disgusting. I won't be back! 2 of us came in today. We waited at the counter, and finally after shooting us wierd looks for some reason, the girl sauntered over to her register, then just looked up and stared at us. I said hello to be polite and then ordered. She never spoke, just nodded. Is this how they are trained these days? We went to get our drinks and sit down. Not one single table in the whole place was clean. We wiped a spot, but it was still gross and sticky. Only one bathroom was open, and the sink was gross there, too. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I love Wendy's and this location is the worst I've seen. My order is always wrong, the customer service is terrible, and the managers here are the main problem. Employees here are so bitter and nasty they purposely give you sloppy food. It seems like the lowest qualifying individuals get hired, same forbthe managers. Seatijg area is disgusting. Cooperate should really analyze this location as it presents Wendy's terribly.
Stopped in to get a quick bite in between school and activities. The restaurant was clean, the counter staff was super friendly and answered questions about the food for my kids. The ordering process was simple and the menu was well organized. They had a deal on Frosties ($1) which was a bonus. Food came out quick and was plenty good. Good portion for the price. Bought a coupon book for a donation, will be returning. Would recommend.
I keep trying to give this location a chance and every time it just gets more and more disappointing. Stopped to get a few breakfast sandwiches this morning and ordered through the app since the drive thru is a nightmare at all times of day. Had to wait 5 minutes after making contact through the window and then they had us sit in one of the mobile order spots. About 35 minutes for the whole wait but I didn't mind because they were making "fresh eggs" for our sandwiches. Go home to eat and the eggs are akin to rubber and the sausage and bacon was just sad. Not even a little warm and I live about 2 minutes from this location. I don't think I'll be going back.
Edit: 12/1/2022. Stopped by here to try it out again since it's been months. The service was MUCH better this time. Employee informed me management was on premises so they stepped up a bit. Then I get home. Ordered a large fry and it legitimately is not even half full. The rest of the food is pretty good but why am I paying for a large and getting a small?
Placed a mobile order for the new honey BBQ nuggets only to learn they were out. I opted for a flavor they did have and not only did they give me more than I originally ordered, they gave me some free sauces too. I just want to say while it wasn't necessary to do all of that, I respect it. Just was a good experience and made my lunch all the better
It's bull crap to me that y'all are open but keep the doors locked. I've been in there before at 830am and got food before but for some reason y'all been keeping the doors locked. I have a truck that can't go into the drive through so I'm SOL on going to your location for food in the morning. Makes no sense to me unless y'all just want less orders coming in.
Food was just ok; guy at drive thru was rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever.
If I can put a zero I would got a moldy egg for breakfast was literally green if I didn’t noticed I definitely would have ended up sick
