Best WLM Reviews
Service here is awesome. Been using this place for over Decade . Trust no one more. The employees here r top trained, and polite and courteous. Recommend it highly. Only wish I could give it more than 5 stars. East access too it from Interstate 64. My recent visit i worked with Dave and Daniel. Excellent people.
My order was completely wrong, (and cold) had to return it. Staff acted like I was the bad guy for pointing it out and wanting it made correctly. Eventually got the right order and person in drive-thru basically threw the food at me through the window. The order was still cold... I thought, whatever, I'll deal with it. This location never gets ANYTHING right, and the staff is always discourteous and treats you like a bother. I live two blocks down the street from this location but from now on I'll be going to another store, like St. Albans. This branch is ridiculous.
The best service at a Wendy's in a long time. The girl who took the orderwas spot on. Food was pretty typical as expected. Especially for being so late. Recommend this Wendy's.
Went through drive through only got part of order got to window tried to explain to guy that you pay nearly had to draw him a picture to get order correct then pull to second window they hand half of the order say have a good day and when told them was more food they finally get it and then gave us wrong drink and live maybe 5 minutes from the store got home to find fries were old and cold nuggets were warm but edible and burgers tasted like been setting will not be returning to this location it’s sad way it’s gone down hill
I got 10 spicy nuggs in a meal and didn’t receive my fries so i paid almost 11 dollars for something that was 6. Not my first problem with this restaurant.
Terrible food. Chicken nuggets were cold fries were cold. Bacon stack burger had way too many pickles on it. Manager was non chalant about it and said she could remake my order. Why??????? Then I said a refund she was like I guess but I can make it again. No thanks never going back there again. Do better and get personnel that actually have pride in their job and management that care about their business and customer service. Do better it's not rocket science.
The staff was really helpful and quick to get my food out. They were also generous with the sauces. Even was still super friendly and patient when I was having issues with my card. Super friendly environment and very welcoming. Out of alot of Wendy's I've been at in my lifetime this was definitely the best. I got the Cobb salad and a chicken nugget with fries. Kids got baconators and the wife had a spicy chicken sandwich and also a Cobb salad. Well made and delicious. Friendly family environment.
I have been there twice recently each time food has been low grade barely warm had to return first time management remade the order recieved hot and fresh. second time Luke warm again cold cheese thrown on it fries old tasting mentioned to drive through window i was told i can redue but probably will come out the same way management came told them to remake well it was the same except it was microwaved and bottom bun was hard sad to say wendy's is nothing like they use to be
