Everything thing in order, every single table was clean. They had the modern fountain drink machine that offers 100s of drink options. They offer the mobile order pick up option and station. Service was great. The food was great and hot. I have not one complaint. Great job exceeding expectations guys.
I love ordering through the mobile app. The food is always ready fairly quickly, and they have never gotten my order wrong. The food is also really good and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend ????
Before i start..i always treat people with respect because i have worked customer service jobs my whole life, i didn't come rude to this drive thru or talked rudely to the manager or employees, however the staff at this location is extremely rude, especially the manager/supervisor at night shift the one with glasses. The manager slammed the window after he snatched my credit card to pay for my food, i asked for his name and he refused, his only response to me in a bitchy angry attitude was "well u drove to window # 2" that shouldn't be a reason to treat customers poorly. When i asked the other employees for their names they had to think about it and gave me false names. Luckily the cashier's info is on my receipt. They got pissed off just because i drove to the second window to pay and i did this because there was no one on the 1st window. I have contacted corporate about this place, this is unacceptable!!! They also forgot to give me my drinks on my large order which i had to drive back thru the drive thru. Corporate needs to look into hiring employees with good customer service and PEOPLE skills. ????????????????????
Best dollar menu. For $5, you get a better sized burger with bacon, fries, drink and nuggets. No other fast food chain offers more, and you don't feel bloated eating a quarter pound of ground beef.
The food was great. Service was great, too.
What was disappointing was the lack of ice. I'm not sure of the complete reason, but they were out of ice. The drink station was completely out. The ice machine behind the register was practically empty. One of the ladies was stressed bc they had people at drive through & people inside wanting ice in the drinks. Sadly, this is not the first time I've experienced this with Wendy's...usually in the McAllen/Mission area. That fact that I was in Harlingen...blew my mind. Come on, Wendy's franchise owners... please provide the necessary items for your employees to complete the very job you've hired them to do. You all are aware of the heat we have in the RGV. You know there needs to be checks and balances with equipment...especially during our summers.
There are too many flies inside the restaurant that felt like I was eating outside. The ketchup dispenser was full of little flies when I went to pump the dispenser. Each table that we were trying to sit at wasn't cleaned. As a customer, I had to do the cleaning. Maybe drive-thru is a better choice than to dine in.
man, the burger was okay but literally nothing else. workers were nice but please dont try and convince people room-temperature drinks without ice are perfectly cold enough. hot soda is a torture method????????
Today I decided on fast-food for breakfast. We go to order at 9:30am. First the menu was not on breakfast. After ordering and waiting 20 minutes for our food it was cold. Another customer from the drive thru also came in to complain that the food was cold. I then went to the drink dispenser to get my drink. The machine was filthy and sticky like it hasn't been clean in a while. The lid dispenser was empty. The restaurant was not cleaned, there was stairs on chairs. The restroom was dirty and no paper towels dispenser empty. This surprised me because Wendy's is usually clean and the meals are hot for being fast food.
