Elle is always so friendly. Some fast food places make mistakes and/or are very grumpy. Every time I go to this Wendy’s for my son’s snacks we enjoy being treated so nice and they never mess up our order like a bunch of other local drive thrus do!
I did not get the names of the wonderful group of employees who helped us out today. We bought a large order of frostys and they worked with us, communicated with us, and were able to fulfill the order promptly so we could pick them up. All of the employees were incredibly friendly. Thank you so much for the help!
I placed an order thru the app and made a mistake on the location. I was supposed to be refunded because I never picked up my food but I still haven’t received it I called to see if they could give me any information about it and the night manager Ellie was very rude and not helpful at all. And was basically laughing at me cuhz my mistake I made a manager at a different location informed me I should have received my refund already and said maybe something on Wendy’s end was done incorrectly.
I come here quite often and the quality is usually on point. Today I got a burger with cheese after ordering without. One quick phone call to the GM, and he made it right with a fresh combo. Thank you!
The fries a d chicken nuggets were great. The fries were well seasoned and stayed crunchy. The Double Stack was not great. The pickles have been my favorite compared to similar establishments, however these were too sweet. The bread had a flavor to it as well, a sweet flavor I can't put my finger on.
Becca the manager is running a great store! As soon as we walked in they were very friendly and welcoming! They recommended the Bacon Maple Chicken Sandwich, it was amazing.

I’m not one to complain, but as a former fast food manager, I don’t think this is okay. hell I even smoked on the job too, but I wasn’t dumb to let customers see! Bacon double stack was missing bacon and it was so cold/ the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken nuggets were so old and rubbery!. Also the door remained propped open after everyone went inside, and after we got food it was still open! Easy opportunity for a thief! Especially with the crack head hotel down the street. -NIGHT OF 4/21/2023
Not bad. Pretty relaxed place. Kept pretty clean. Tho the soda machine hold no ice..which is weird. Not broken I don't think. Just no ice. Have to head to the front counter.
