Absolutely disgusting visit. Trash from can overflowing to floor. Flies all over the place. Cook had a cell phone out on the food prep table while making food. I spoke with the on duty manager and he got the employee to put his phone away. Employee continued to make food with the same gloves after he put his phone back into pocket. I then asked for a refund while watching cook make my food with dirty gloves.
I spoke with the general manager later on and she was very high strung with a bad attitude. She excused the cooks' behavior by saying that he is a millennial. She calmed down once I asked her if I should rather speak to the franchise owner.
I'm never going back to this Wendy's again.
We dined at Chili's after departing and Chili's was good.
This super clean and modernized Wendys is a pleasure to visit. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is cooked well and pleasantly presented. In comparison to other Wendy locations, this one is tops.
I love this place when it's good. I go there so often the guy at the first windows knows my face at this point. However, the last couple times I have gone, I have ordered a Baconator, Plain with NO cheese. So its just Bacon and Beef. And they STILL GOT IT WRONG. I had to throw the burgers away because I couldn't eat them. That was $24.02 for 2 Baconator meals and the only edible things I've actually received are the fries.
New and clean. Nice quick stop for a road break. Easy access and plenty of parking. Very open and safe. Wendy's one of our more frequent fast food stops when traveling.
Food and service good but employees smoking weed behind the building is a BIG turnoff as you’re going through the drive through with my kids in the car.

The best Wendy's I've ever been to. It's the new one they built recently. The soda machines are touch screen with TONS of different beverage options and additional flavors for each one. The design is very modern. It is typically busy, but even during rush hour on Friday, the line was moving very fast. The employees were friendly, fast and the food was better at this Wendy's than at any I've been to. It was obvious that the cooks really cared about the appearance and quality of the food where as the last Wendy's I went to, my order looked sloppy and tasted old. Absolutely recommend this Wendy's over any other around, and if you're looking for a decent priced fast food restaurant with good food, it's a good choice for sure.
Fast, friendly, and clean. This is likely the best Wendy's in the Lynchburg area.
