Very dissatisfied with the food I ordered a biggie bag, a fish sandwich combo , baked potato and a six piece nugget… they had me pull up to the door to wait on my food for a good 10 mins and my fries were cold nuggets were cold and they forgot the 4 piece nugget that came with the biggie meal.. customer service was okay but food could have been better
They are always rude and slow, and rarely get our order right so I hate when we get stuck at this location. This time, after ordering a burger and a large combo at the menu, the lady rang up a medium combo and at the window rudely told us ‘ we can’t upsize at the window, and because she can’t correct her mistake she got mad because I didn’t want to pay her $24 for 66% of my order and unwarranted attitude. Mind you they were empty with 3 employee cars in the lot, no customers in the lobby, and no cars behind us. I’m at Taco Bell and gave them 26 dollars for the food I ordered.
North Charleston fast food places are the worst to eat. The customer service was poor, I ordered a few things and they was out of. Certain drinks they didn't have as well.
They didn't tell me this before I paid, now I've been sitting here for 25 mins for a refund. And apparently they are to busy which it's no one in the lobby .
I come here all the time since it is on my way to work in the AM. This is by far the absolute worst Wendy's when it comes to customer service! The staff is extremely rude! Especially the manager. On 7/7/24 I pulled through the drive thru only to be lied to about the $3 English Muffin Deal. The woman manager taking my order very rudely cut me off and told me that this deal doesn't exist. I said well I am looking at the sign on YOUR menu that says it does exist. She rudely said if I wanted eggs I'd have to pay an additional charge. Then why do you have a sign that says $3 sausage egg and cheese muffin with seasoned potatoes. I just ordered this deal literally 2 days ago and they gave me the deal. She said that it isn't in the system so we can't do it. So I went to another Wendy's just to see if this was true...NOPE! they had the deal! Every single time I come to this Wendy's I am greeted with absurd attitude. The manager needs to be fired. I can understand a time or two but I come here almost every single day and every single time they are SO rude.
Writing this in drive thru if there is a wait for a ordered item you should be informed prior to paying especially at breakfast I’m on my way to work I do t have time for this smh do better hopefully the food good
The food i did receive was tasty. But my order was incomplete. I work hard and I'm in Charleston for work. When i called back to the restaurant to let the crew know that i didn't receive my 2 baked potatoes ($6.38 + tax) , i was called a liar. I have my receipt. Maybe you gave the potatoes to another car. Maybe you didnt. But i work for a living and i pay for my food. I'm not a scammer. I'm definitely not a liar. I'm offended and pissed off about the way i was treated on the phone. And i don't need to lie about food i paid for that you didn't put in my bag. I'll spend my money with people who appreciate my business from now on. Wendy's, please school your managers and employees in customer service! Mostly its a lost art. But Chick-fil-A can do it. I'll spend my money there from now on.
Showed up at 6:45 with a mobile order. Lady was super rude saying they're not open, even though it shows they're open at 6AM. She then says that there's two of them there and won't open til 7:30ish!
Made the mistake of stopping by here after work to try and get the new boo bag meal and when I went to the drive-thru was told that the blue bag meal was not available at this location even though they had to sign up that said it was available I went through the drive-thru their website said it was available their online ordering says it was available everything everywhere says it's available and yet the drive-thru says it's not I made a special trip just to try this and was told no that the thing that they are advertising as available was not actually available
