Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and some other food and the chicken sandwiches were super dry so we called back and the manager said we could have them replaced the next day and said she would write it down for us so the people next day would know. We show up the next day to get them and they say they have no idea what we’re talking about. So we weren’t able to get them replaced. Pretty shady
Stopped here last night before seeing a movie. My kids and I had burgers, decent enough, but the wife grabbed a Chicken Club and now has food poisoning. Even after waiting all that time for it, it still wasn't thoroughly cooked. Without a doubt, the last time we'll be having Wendy's.
So usually pretty good, clean area, not extremely fast service but it works... the salads are crisp and fresh. The reason for the 3 stars is the last few times there is people sleeping in there that clearly did not eat there. Which it isn't a very big dining area to begin with. Hope they understand that. Staff is usually friendly and polite...
This is my fourth update about this Wendy's restaurant, food was super hot and fresh, all for 5 bucks is an amazing deal. This is the best fast food in Vancouver when comparing price vs food quality. I even got extra napkins.

Woman at drive through RUDE when I said I thought my order was missing an item and then this is what was in my bag when I got home.
OLD, BURNT and DRIED OUT...inedible.
Spent nearly $30 for a bag of burgers which was only good for tossing in the garbage.
Wendy's used to be the BEST.
It is sad to see them going in this direction.
Enjoyed the chili cheese baked potato, and was glad they have more healthy options, including sugar free soda pop choices--I liked the lemonade Sprite or 7up. Another time enjoyed the SW roasted chicken avocado salad, includes bacon, etc.
Says they are open till 1 AM on Saturday evenings. They are not. Don’t believe their advertising. Very deceptive. If you work late nights, they are forcing you to waste your time going to the restaurant. Shame on them.
