I been sitting here for 45 mins. Waiting for a shower. This trash has been here the entire time. Not once did an employee come out and check the dining area to clean up.
We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. It seems like whoever is running this place needs to hire more people or different people. They can only take 1 order then make it, have the customer pay and then take the next order. And the employees they have now are not the nicest or friendliest people.
The line is always short and service quick. The employees are always nice and friendly. I ordered the breakfast English muffin sandwich and twice now the English muffin wasn’t cooked it was raw. It was disgusting. Someone needs to teach them how to cook it.
Recently I stopped at this truck stop and went in to get some food. I decided to go inside and eat. Here are the pictures of the location. Know I want to tell you I was there for 1 hour and nothing was cleaned up. And yet I saw there employees talking when things slowed down. I saw multiple employees just pass right by everything that was wrong in the dining room. They had plenty of tables however I don’t see one clean. The food was good but I will eat at this location again.
Apparently they can't take orders when they have orders to prepare. There were three girls working the drive thru and the front counter, and they couldn't take orders because three customers were there limit? There were six customers waiting in line inside the restaurant, waiting in line to order. The first two left after waiting fifteen minutes to order, and still no service. I gave up after waiting twenty minutes in line. The girl at the cash register, kept saying "a few minutes". There must have been five or six customers who gave up and went somewhere else.
For what I ordered I can't really complain. $5 bacon burger combo... Can't really critique. It's little has chicken nuggets (4) small fries and drink all for $5... so as usual I have pics the bacon was pretty crunchy so might want to tell them how you want that ????????????
I stop here time to time since I delivery loads to the nearby warehouses. Tonight was just a bad experience. The night staff were just talking amongst each other and walking and and even look at me multiple times. No one proceeded to help me and just looked at me and walked away. Idc if they were talking to each other and just trying to pass the time but the audacity to stare at me and not help me is just rude. Like you are working there for a reason… drink machines all out of product, messy tables and food was burnt and rock hard. Just a bad night… happens
They make you wait knowing you’re there to place an order at the register in the hopes you just go away, and the staff will laugh about it too!
